So went to clean atty and now it seems like its acting like the herb atty is in there. Does not get very hot and stays on for about 3 minutes not the 40 seconds like the conc. atty was doing..And I dont have a herb atty...Help!!!!

I wonder if they will be selling just the ceramic and wires just itself? I have plenty of nice tools...Maybe to many..LOL

Focus just listed the atomizer repair kit. I am a little confused,it lists replacement wires with the kit. Does the kit have the ceramic and wires or just wires? And how many are in there too?

Try making atty more loose or tighter..Sometimes you just have to do that for the atty to connect right to the base..Happens to me sometimes too..Good luck..

They would reply in a day or 2..And takes about a week to send me a new atty in the mail..Like I said the company has been real good at warranty issues..Did you fill out the warranty on their website? Good luck..

Just got another replacement atty from FocusV..I dont know about anyone else but the customer service has been great..Think I figured out how to take care of and clean atty..

Here we go again..Had my replacement atty die ..Emailed and got a response from Carta asking which atty I am using. Told them the Ti one. Waiting on another response if my replacement is covered with the warranty..I am guessing it is..They have been real good at responding and giving warranty on...

So funny because after having it for 4 weeks now,on and off,new unit and new atty have been replaced, I had not tried the Ti. I was having inconsistent performance with the quartz..Some nice rips and then so so..Been keeping everything real clean,taking your advice and cleaned the airway of...

I do dry wipe first and then just a small amount of iso on the qtip to get really nice and clean..Your prob right but just to keep nice ..

I would like to say that I have had my issues with the unit ..But let us all be fair and give it a chance. Responses from Randall and his company have been responsive and sending replacement units and attys..Being an old timer from when there was no internet isnt it great that we have contact...

What happened to the great customer service..It went from great service to now no one returns my email. The bucket overflows putting the smallest amount in. Then the bucket got stuck to the ceramic and pulled all the wires out so now the Carta is useless.. The first unit was broken and you sent...

My atty was like that too and the bucket stuck to it and ripped out the wires ..I emailed them and its the weekend so I should hear back this week to get a new one..
