so i have some really runny stuff.....can this be purged in a hot water (or sand) bath to make it a more stable manageable product?

thanks....this wasn't in a car but i did manipulate it a bit to separate it. i bet the heat from the friction did it while i was manipulating it.

what causes this to happen as it sits in two diff containers? same run, same storage area, diff containers. one i dab from. the other is storage. the one i use daily has turned to budder. the other is still shatter. is this due to handling? oxidation?

@SamuraiSam received my replacement top and my old herc insulator back today. However, the 4 AW batteries, KISS cart and the 10 PTFE insulators were not included with the order. can you check on those for me please? thanks

have tried a diff cart. same issue. is this an issue with the top? it isn't even a week old.

Batteries are good. V3 top. I have to remove the kiss cart, hold the button down and screw the cart back in to get it to ignite. Sometimes it needs to be done twice. As soon as I am done taking a pull, it resets and I get three flashes of the led when I push the button. Wash,rinse,repeat type of...

any reason I have to keep "resetting" my top every time I want to take a pull from the kiss cart? no reply from w9 yet
