I've tried it, and it works great! Only concerns are ensuring the top part of the adapter doesn't extend too far or is too thin/thick (causes issues with ELB). Out of about 4 similar adapters, only one I own has fitment issues. Of course, the temp has to be pumped up a bit to get similar...
I just started playing with this whole vaping herb with an enail thing, tucking a Vapexhale ELB in a male-female (extension) adapter underneath a MiniNail in female config. I notice that the temp has to be way up to start getting an effect.
I know the temp indicated on a PID display is...
Just cranking the EVO knob all the way to the right, I let it go until it turns green, then wait until any whisps of vapor stop. No more than 5-6 minutes? This gets it 95% clean, but now it's hot - I have a test tube holder I use to take it out and sit until it cools, but sometimes I turn the...
What a full-temp burnoff doesn't get, I usually burn off with a torch just until the soot glows, then it disappears as it cools. I know this is supposed to be "torch-less" - sorry to be anti-climatic, but it works quite well for me :)
It seems much of the charger/battery issue is getting towards legal advice. The fact that Arizer put such a warranty restriction around an industry standard part is unfortunate. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty act would seem to cover this as stated several times previously, but please realize that...
Has anyone with an 8 NOT lost one of the top nuts and now guard the remaining one like the PRECIOUS ONE RING that MAKES MASTER PLEASED?
I managed to munch my SR-74x black bottom adapter.. again..
Are either of these available as accessory/expendable items, and how do I help you take my money...
*shrug* If I tip my stock stem and don't have super-hugging red ring installed I tend to get the same effect. I do acknowledge that this works for me and might not for others, nor merely being a preferred method. I think some folks mod themselves to the point they need a mod to regain normal...
Sit the F/F adapter back on the EQ and let it warm it a bit. Take a piece of ice and hold it on the top of the elbow, hold it until the elbow piece feels a bit cooler (it will melt) and see if you can get it off with either a quick, but short twist in both directions, but be careful as the...
Awesomeness aside, I'm still with the original 8 top parts and haven't bothered to order the new ones. What exactly is supposed to go "wrong" with it? (Evidently I'm not trying hard enough)
Hmmmph. Edit: My tubing is a bit loose to fit snug just at the end - I have to insert it until it stops, but it gives a firm, airtight connection. Either my end is wider (!) or my tubing is a bit smaller (?)
At least with mine, the whip fits inside a good amount of that glass tube that would otherwise collect claim. I insert the tubing and it stops and fits snugly towards where the colored splash is made, just above the ground joint. Do people fit the tubing via some other fashion?
Whip adapters are always useful since if we're not trying to get a vaporizer attached to a whip, we're often trying to attach the whip to glass. I never say no to no one about no adapters, never ;)
As far as a SSV wand knockoff, I think it could perform without having nearly the length of...
I've got the original setup for the hammer top with the heat rod, but it's really not a substitute for a torch. The ceramic rod doesn't really have the heat mass to transfer much heat to essential oils on most surfaces -- as soon as you touch it to, say, a bit of shatter on a Ti nail, all the...
