Welcome home!
I've seen vids of people torching the outside, near the top where the bowl is working their way down. I saw one where the stem was heated and placed in a water piece and it was a nice hit. It takes a little longer but I like scraping instead of trying to torch it clean. Or PBW if...
Yup, it's all about that lighting. If I hit my glass with my vapes at my desk with regular lighting it doesn't look super milky, but as soon as I put my iPhone flashlight up to the glass you can't see through it. Good lighting will make a big difference in how vapor appears to you and on camera...
I did the same with a diamond-tipped dremel bit and got less "edge" for the screens to catch inside, but still easy to insert and stays snug. If you go this route, don't breathe the glass dust!!! :uhoh:
I charge when I notice that I'm down to 1 or 0 sessions (at 0 it still turns on but doesn't...
You can figure out that stuff if you have some numbers, we have battery size and maybe it was even mentioned before but seems slimmer than a 14500 cell, and we know the watts it pulls. Given that we have a few examples of similar vapes like the ThermoVape Evolution Low Voltage cartridge with...
battery life is rated in cycles, IE full to discharged is one cycle. Clicking it on and off shouldn't use as much battery power as actually using it and making the heater work and drain battery life. The click is pretty satisfying though :)
I have some 1/2 inch inner diameter silicone tubing that I bought at a headshop. Got 5 feet of it for around $7? I only need a piece about 1.5-2 inches to make a seal on a 14mm.
Sure as long as you don't drop the Solo on the stem... or drop the stem... or drop any glass... (looking at you...
Fresh out of that place like they scared to see what they read about
It ain’t no sleep on Virginia Street when them geekers outside
Sidewalk serving the walking dead
Gotta meet me up the block cause my momma stay on my head
Telling me to go get a job but I’m chopping the rock instead
If I make...
There's so little to know about the Solo to get it to perform very well. I suggest you start off with a screen in the stem and a medium-fine grind. Don't pack the stem too much, a lot of us like using the stems (with screens!!!) and vacuum up the bud into the stem, the screen prevents pieces of...
Is there any way you can email him? Randy posted his email a few pages back. He's pretty quick with responding but it's just past midnight right now on this coast. If not did you try the online chat?
it's a slimmer more portable Solo with replaceable battery. You might sacrifice a few sessions for the portability but you can change batteries on the fly and keep vaping unlike the Solo which is dead until you can get it on a charger (switching batteries on the Solo is a real PITA and not easy...
I hit a new spot today, an old high school friend works there but I didn't see her. XJ-13 and Agent Orange, the terps on this XJ are so fantastic, I love Jack Herer and the crosses' taste. Definitely one of those strains that once you've smelled it you can pick up on it 100% of the time. The...
Got a little half-gram of some Sour D, made locally. Mmm :) 40 dollar grams of this stuff, they had 4 strains but I wanted the Diesel, that ChemDawg I was vaping on got me in the mood for sours again
If I understand correctly he's basically backloading oil into straight onto the coil, bypassing most of the wicking only using what's at the coil and immediately around it. He feeds it in and saturates it, then releasing the squeeze bottle sucks excess back in and the only stuff left is...
