I'm afraid to report this issue is permanent. Still no sign of my rotation going back to normal. Tempest demands 90% of vape rotation time, which is shockingly high, and needs to be taken into account by potential buyers.
I found the last part especially interesting. I intend to buy a black Tempest in the future. So if you can see the vapour better against the black, it would be another plus for the glass.
I have not detected a difference. I know that is a factor with TM2. It will be easy to check for with the Tempest as we have the visual indicator. I'll keep an eye on it as battery lowers.
That's kind, thanks. I love the Tempest so much. So it's been really fun talking about it. I'm really excited for more and more people to get hold of one.
Such a special vape, that gets more and more interesting as you use it. I'm still learning things.
I only use single flame. Remove carb screw. Set torch flame to a visible inch. Aim the inner flame so it's just in the entrance of the intake. Cover the carb wit your finger. Aim the flame angled downwards.
Breathe low/slow until you feel the vapour then speed up your draw.
Start with half...
No idea what that could be. Opening it up and having a look wouldn't be so bad. I was trying to find the video guide I used to install new VI. If you used that you would know how everything is supposed to look.
Brenyo posted the vid a while back.
You could also just wait until Brenyo advises you
V2 Reload was designed with Tempest in mind. Works perfectly, and has Tempest only features, like how the de-bowler tool has a screen setter on the reverse. The connection from the Reload magnet to the Tempest is solid as well. You either need a Reload or something else with a really strong...
Wood is here.
Just some thoughts for those who maybe ordering their first Tempest in next few days and are unsure on which config to go for.
I have used the TI and glass stems a lot. I have not vaped with the wood stems yet (lungs a little sore from COVID) but I've tried heating the device up...
The airflow setting at the tip is essentially vapour density. So I change it depending on set up. When using with glass I have it almost completely closed. If I'm using native with Helix tube I have it 3/4 closed. Same with half bowl and direct tube.
I don't use direct tube with full bowl...
Second this. Dynavap will be amazing until it gets annoying how many heat cycles you need to get medicated. I would only recommend Dynavap to a very casual user with low tolerance.
Better options now, and Tempest is the best of those imo
