I’ve not been vaping long enough to have a valid longevity opinion, but I consider the Vapcap to be the cockroach of vapes. I could see them surviving long after most other vapes have turned to dust. :)

Mistakes happen, but refusing to replace (or even acknowledge) a clearly defective piece is awful customer service and bad for his reputation. They don’t seem to realize, or care, that a single bad review translates to many lost sales. I don’t buy from sellers like this. Thanks for posting.
