I've been using the FF2+ for about a year and half with no issues until now. I frequently combust, even at lower temps (like 350); this never happened before. I've thoroughly cleaned the unit to no avail and FF CS won't respond to my emails. Any ideas on why this might be happening? TIA.

Thanks, guys! I take a pretty long first hit, but maybe was going to fast. I'll need to experiment with some different draw techniques. I also haven't really tried much with the auto shutoff - just holding down the button until I'm done or close to it with the draw.

For you folks that are starting on temp 2 or 3, what's the first draw like? It's pretty whispy at 3 and nothing at 2. It's only on the second hit that I really get something. I have to admit this is annoying to me - I want that first hit to be a terp tornado.

I saw the post recently but I can't seem to find it now. I'd like to buy the cheap stand for the ti heating element from VZGOODIEZ but not sure if I should get the 14mm or 19mm. As I understand this stand doesn't have the sticking issue that other have experienced with the OEM stand...

OK, thanks, everybody! Just ordered with WPA, 2x long cooling stems, 3D stem, extra cooling unit, o-ring pack, and extra screens. Now the wait begins....

Got a replacement puck from Tafee (the CS was superb: immediate response, new puck shipped, they threw in an extra charger and o-ring/screen/brush pack). My first hit was still not great but the second hit was right on the money. I just think I need to start sessions on 3. I like the flavor on 1...

Thanks to everyone who posted! I've narrowed it down to the Tiny Might: it got a lot of praise here and is quite versatile. I am extremely tempted by the Herborizer ti as it looks incredible (and exchange rates dollar/Euro are so good now). I'll have a nice session tonight and "think" about it...

Thinking about the TM and wondering what you all recommend for alternative stems for best flavor. There's the 3D-printed stem on the TM site and the Grav Upline Taster that I know of. I've heard here that getting a J hook or similar will help with flavor. What do you all think of those or others?
