i received an xp that was doa so i did an exchange for the pinnacle. i think we made the right choice lol the xp still has bugs and seems like more keeping arising. from what i see on the forum the pinnacle has a sturdier feel and better taste . taste>clouds imo

im glad so many people are happy with the pinnacle i ordered an xp that was doa so i think i am going to be exchanging for one of these. i think i will be much happier with a reliable product.

if i need a finer grind i just grind upside down so nothing falls to the bottom

so has anyone tried the lubrication fix that inhalater posted?

i recently bought a scs at a lhs and they said they only recently started making the squeegees. its funny because i got a mini so the squeegee does not even fit. not that its a problem i love my scs

i agree while pharmacor is being helpful there are still a lot of issues. my unit was doa and it was the newest model that we were told had the bugs fixed. i understand that things come up but pharmacor did start selling the xp too soon people are having replacements replaced. i got a dead unit...

sorry to hear. mine was doa same on off switch problem. i am just going to exchange for a different portable and maybe get an inhalater in the future.

Hey Rrose, that's the same issue my old unit had. It's the temperature sensor not working. Call up pharmacore thanks a lot i bought it from taylor so i think he takes care of warranty replacements for me but i will let him know its the temp sensor

so after trying a few times and recharging it i am certain there is something wrong with my xp. im a little disappointed but im sure taylor will take care of me. the unit i got is the new smaller 2 hole. it does work but only on the auto setting im not sure if anyone has had this problem.

ok so i let it charge for a little and decided to try it out. i think it is defective when i turn it on the light does not start blinking to let me know its heating up . the light only works when i turn it on max. does anyone know how to fix this?
