Helix Helios just arrived. A picture doesn't do it justice(do any pictures of glass?). Very handheld and is the perfect height for my desk. Cloud sits very nicely atop it too :nod:. I'll try and get a good vid of this up on here.

I assume yours is still under warranty? If so, the upgrade will get you the new cloud plus and an extension to your existing warranty(from 1 year to 3, I think). If, after receiving your upgraded unit, it were to break, I think you'd just go through the standard warranty procedure.

It will go green faster than that although that doesn't mean it's properly heated(for me anyway).

The cloud will now heat in 10 minutes or less. The light will go green very quickly. I will turn mine to max temp for ~6min and then turn back to desired temp for ~5min(to allow proper cooling).

That vapor dissipated too quickly. Smoke will linger about for a while.

Yeah, that was a problem with it but with the right water level it wouldn't do that. Enjoy that DG; I'm sure you will.

As ShipDit said before me it is a matter of stealth for some. For others, they don't want to be losing any actives due to "off-gassing" from the conduction. Convection tends to be less harsh and better tasting as well. It's all personal preference and what suits you in the end.

I second the edibles. Save up what you vape. I make ABV capsules and they give a nice sedative effect. If you have any questions about them, ask away. :D

It is going through the heat up cycle as it should before powering down, correct? I get this behavior when my battery is low, hence my suggestion.

I have some battery issues as well. Sometimes during use my battery will randomly flash from green to red. Make sure the battery is properly seated on the charging dock and charge it for 30 minutes. That may help.

From my finding during use it's great for vaping. As long as you can one hand the vape easily anyway. The funneling action does work and cools the vapor thoroughly. It's almost as if it's water diffused without being so(smooth from greater aeration). I like to attach the helix to my GnOme and...

The bad thing about that one though is that it has a non-changeable combustion bowl on the bubbler. The one I have is standard ground joints.

Been really enjoying this bubbler I bought. I wouldn't call this a "high quality" piece but rather... "mid-tier". The one thing I love about this, is the glass is shaped so you can grasp it firmly. Was about 150USD express shipped from Canada to US.

You could put the metal cap over the WPA and screw it back on. The problem is, you may have too much heat concentrated and combustion might occur.
