there is a video on youtube how to do this, it's fairly easy. if yours is stuck, it's probably from the oil which has "glued" everything together. heating it up a little would help. btw: happy 4:20

great pics !! consider opening the heating-element to clean any gung/oil inside it. it seems it is already dripping from the air opening (pic 4).

if you are out of warranty, just change them yourself.

interesting, not even a crack or chipping on the case where the cooling unit sits? way to go!!! my first one "chipped" after 2 years (1 session/day) not much but enough to get annoyed by it.... now 1 year with the new one, it's still good , but i'm already thinking to get a spare case...

I guess the batteries got weak.

I use mine with empty batteries sometimes. it doesn't completely bypass the battery, it charges at the same time. to function correctly it needs some minimum charge though. I think 5 minutes charging from empty is enough.

so it is the battery then. if warranty is over , swap them with better ones.... you need some basic soldering skills though...!

these symptoms look like a bad battery...... have you tried with the charger connected ?

I still can't find anyone who is willing to 3d print some spare shells/housings ...... or even modified ones for your type of mod. ....or is it? if anyone knows a place, please post a link. rachet maybe?
