Repair Update part 2! FedEx just left and I opened up the box expecting to find all my goodies! I was a little disappointed though. They shipped a new Mighty with cooling unit attached (serial in the 8xxx range but still has the reinforced parts). No charger or any other accessories though...

There have been pics posted I'm sure but the plastic above the bowl will chip and break in some cases. Hadn't impacted use for me but I was going to be out of town a few days anyway so it made sense to send it in.

If you let the cooling unit build up for a while and then do a bowl and clean it hot, you can scoop stuff like that right out of the cooling unit, no ISO required. Not sure if that is the case here or not. I think the Mighty would serve you better. Has double the battery. The Crafty really...

I'm sorry that has been your experience but it is not a typical one. The Crafty works exactly like I want it to. I can get 4 ~10 minute sessions before needing to charge and am able to wait the 60-120 minutes it requires to charge between sessions. I have only had issues connecting to the app...

I'd take it and buy new assuming you have a backup vape or can do without while awaiting shipment.
