There are a lot of places to find batteries on the internet. There are also a lot of counterfeits. I can only recommend that you buy batteries recommended by the manufacturer and from a trusted source, not just the lowest price. That should give you the best performance and keep any warranty...

Hey I see the Persei/KISS cart in the background. You can pull the mouthpiece off leaving the cone and it fits perfectly in that glass piece if it is 14mm. Water filtered KISS goodness! Just make sure you melt in the dab a little so it doesn't fall down.
