Yuk... I NEVER scorch my dish like that! I keep it low, and from the looks of that video, cleanup is far quicker easier and with less scraping at 250* with water.

It is the easiest to clean too... I qtip with water at 250* and it is NEW again!

I love quartz, but all roads (for heavy dabblers) lead back to an enail. I also prefer the forgiveness and ease of maintenance with SIC.
