Love my RiO! Start slow with the torch, only let it go for 2-3 seconds after the concentrates starts to bubble. You will learn how far you can push it, but it is real easy to over-torch in the beginning.

I had the same issue when I first got my p80... trying to use old, tired batteries just does not cut it (unless one chamber is acceptable to you). I picked up fresh packs and get 4 cruise mode's per pack now.

Almost seems easier to go buy some brand new $2-3 batteries, than it would be to start changing settings.

Are there any users of the wooden/glass-insert Lamart stems in here? Curious how it compares to other options. I had the Beech stem in my cart, but someone swiped the last one. Fucker... all the other wood stems are twice as expensive.

I am finding I rather prefer a lower temp torch, a little longer time between the two clicks seems to provide a better heat soak and more thorough extraction without walking the line of pushing too far. FWIW using Ti cap.

If you are not experienced in edibles, just eat one or half of one and wait 20-40 minutes. You will feel it. If you want more intensity, then eat another.

How many of you all are using the new Tank stems? How would you compare performance/cooling to that of the bent spiked? How does it compare to the Nub? I am about to order a bunch of new stems and wondering if I should get one tank and multiple bent spikes, OR should I just buy all tanks?
