I pull full vac at sea level. ( pass 30 on the gauge). After about 2 hours I raise the temperature 5 degrees and lower the vac to 25". Later in the purge I will continue to lower vac in small increments. Also flipping the goods hourly is helpful.

What is going with that perc? When I try to focus on the perc in the pic my brain pixelated.:o

No, no, no. It has been cleared up that the MSDS with the ISO was not the product they are selling. The updated MSDS on their site reflects 100% ethanol.

The 60 and 80 refer to the metal content of the wire. The gauge for 7.4v is 32g. 5 wraps around the 7/64" wick. I totally abused the first one I rebuilt (from the photo tutorial) for months with dry-burns, digging in it with dabbers and many grams of errl. You do not want it to get too hot too...

The Do20 is definitely a solid choice. ( even if it was accidental). You will enjoy it. I have several pieces of differing sized and varying percs. I always seem to gravitate to the DO20.
