The weak weld must be it. Q-tips tearing the steel would leave a jagged bunch of individually pulled wires. I have an incision-like slice.

Seek, so yours tore also. My tear (very clean slice to my eye) is on the right (negative) side. Haven't made any adjustments to the tension on the negative ring, but I see what you mean

Move the rails? That seems like it would be difficult to accomplish. How could someone do that? Torqing on the battery?

That ThermoVape looks fabulous. I don't do many concentrates currently, but am looking at Ethanol extraction right now. I suppose in that case you'd recommend the revolution? I gather there are two different vapes.

This unit really seems to be what I've been looking for. Hate to see people with problems, and their sire being down isn't a good thing. Maybe they were hacked, but no one shuts down a site for more than an hour or two at 2:00AM.

I really appreciate the reply, Seek. I don't use the Q-tip often at all, and in any event I can't see how this could tear the steel screen. The screen slices are right along the rod, very clean and not jagged / pulled. It's like the screen was cut but the black dope they use bonded it.

Who is having problems with the screen breaking / separating right where the screen is sort of bonded to the rods. My second one this has happened to. Nothing touches that screen except the LB brush or a q-tip. After using this for going on two years, I'd say this is the achilles heel.

Just an update: I had problems with my Powerex 2700s. After some detective work, it was clear the problem was not the charger, and not the LB. It was the batts. All 4 of them. Thet were replaced and work great now.

You might have something incorrect or perhaps the PA isn't working properly. Most here will tell you that you can ignite your trench with the PA at 50% setting.
