These are only the box with no batteries, case, stem, or bag. They are selling the full kit for 97. Like Vito stated, buy from a known FC vendor and you'll be sure to get the latest box.

If you are asking that question referring to the Extreme, then that is not necessary as everything to connect an Extreme to a water pipe is included with the vape. If you are asking that question referring to the MFLB, then you would want to purchase the WPA (water pipe adapter).
