After viewing your video, it looks like you have too much tubing. I think you are losing vapor due to the long vapor path.

I saw your pic of your frosty BW inline. Is that the one on Rx site or the one from ALT? What is the difference between the BW mini inline and the BW triple D???

....Or you can simply just put a elbow screen, opening side down, in the cyclone bowl and then place a flat screen on top to get the same effect and better filtering so no herb falls on the HC. I'm with you, elbow packs are the way to go :brow:

How do you think the Headford piece would compared to the Ben Wilson inline? The reason I ask is the Headford is only $180 and the BW inline is $250.

The high pitched whinning noise is normal. It was stated earlier that Arizer will not warranty EQ's purchased below the manufactures retail pricing. In my experience, this is not true. I purchased mine for well under $200 and have still have my full warranty. YMMV

You forgot to mention WD40. WD40 gets the sticky glue off of the batteries with ease.
