To add to what Troi said, it is all those items above and just us being extremely careful about everything coming in and going out. Without going into too much detail, we spent more on R&D than we expected (almost 3X) which left us in a position of having less buying power with our suppliers...

The discrepancy is due to us first shipping out the tubes with the Sovereignty Tree, then the Vertigos. The ShowerDomes are being prepped so that is why folks have been skipped over, just waiting for ShowerDomes to ship and then you guys will get your email.
