Instead of getting a 230 V to 110 V transformer for the stock power supply, is it possible to just buy a 230 V native power supply? Much simpler and more efficient.

I think that the heater in the TETRA P80 is hard soldered to the connectors on the mod, while the one in the TETRAx has to connect via a 510 mod adaptor. Some people have had problems with the resistance settings, heater cutting off, etc. which *might* be due to connection issues. In that sense...

All or the log vapes are unregulated though, right? Doesn't that mean they require more technique than the temperature controlled portables?

Interesting! Ever since the Bowle came out almost everyone has acted like it's the greatest vape ever. Meanwhile, the MiniVAP hasn't gotten nearly as much attention even though it might actually be better according to your reports.

Interesting! I always had trouble with my TETRAx and ended up messing the 510 connector when I tried to "fix it" myself. How do you connect the heater directly to the mod's +/- without leaving conductive surfaces exposed in a dangerous way? I can imagine that a short-circuit with a mod would...
