That would assume some sort of quality control. I have been a big supporter and I am now getting very sick of their shit. I get vague or nonreply on questions asked of John, the sent me a SS back end to replace my Ti model and now the whole IO is pretty much useless as I can barely get one hit...

Fuck! Less than one bowl and the replacement back end is not right or the body has gone bad. Three different ghb3’s and I can barely get a hit. Maybe it is time to pack up all of my Hopper shit and sell ot off to someone who wants to deal with the bullshit.

Right. Lmao! 10 days is just a warmup in Hoppertime. I got my IO back end replacement today. They sent a SS back end to replace my Ti model. 🙄 No purple IO in the order either.

That is for old Hoppers. Not IO’s.

I have a package coming from HL. This will be the second one recently that isn’t likely to have my purple IO in it. RMA service is working quickly but I am frustrated with others receiving orders for purple units placed after mine.

I use nothing but a Luc V2 from efest for all of my vape batteries. Works fine.

Was yours a colored unit by chance?

All I will add is that there is no way I believe they are giving $80 credit for something they aren’t going to use. Even if it does get them out of a lifetime warranty.

About the scratches and such on new units. What would make any of us believe that HL isn’t using the OG Hopper bodies they bought back for cheap and reselling them as new with new guts in them?

They gave me credit for three broken OG Hoppers toward an IO. None of them were registered. Still waiting for the purple IO. 🙄 Gotta say Bro, with that many Hoppers you damned well better have had one working since 2016.

I have had good luck with saturating the back end with WD40 Specialist contact cleaner. Hold the button down and make sure it gets inside and then turn the dial back and forth to clean the contacts. Then blow it dry and wait a while for the insides to dry.

Pretty sure it comes with the adapter you need for an OG Hopper. Only need a higher current one for the IO.

Try to get them to send you a back end when you supply tracking for yours rather than waiting for them to get it. Might save ya time.
