I use WD40 Specialist electrical contact cleaner. I have been known to spray entire Hoppers down with the stuff and blow them dry to make them work again.

Everyone having trouble clean the back end threads and battery terminals before writing it off. I was ready to send mine in and a thorough cleaning brought it back to life.

I would keep the battery that has swolen in a can or something away from flammables. It could be defective and will keep swelling and eventually explode.

I have an OG Ti that was supposedly damaged in the fire. I was told I could get $80 trade in for it. They only have the Hopper, no charger or MP. I don’t want to spend more money. A friend gave me an IO and that has been warrantied twice.

I agree it can be a bit fidgety and that makes it fit right in with a Hopper. Lmao!!!! Sticky herb requires a LOT of cleaning for sure. It is super handy for a quick discreet load and go if you don’t mind the upkeep.

Everyone should try a Hopper Feeder if they can find one.

I would be all over them about sending a NEW unit! There is no excuse to get a used or refurbished unit when you paid for brand new. Finding weed remains in the package and scratches says to me that was a defective unit sent to HL and then half assed looked over and sent back out.

Hit up Hopper Labs again. They are shipping new batteries so you should be able to get yours.

Agreed! That is why the Hopper is always my first choice. NO STIRRING!

My OG will get that dark but not the IO. That works well for me as my lungs don’t seem to like it when I roast the herb darker. I get very powerful effects from the IO on a little over 4 and kind of a sandy brown AVB.

Try cleaning the threads and battery contacts and see if performance returns.

The IO likes to be ripped hard and fast. Hitting the IO slow and easy is like trying to drive a top fuel dragster to church.

I think they may be a bit confused. I must say warranty service for the IO has been spot on so far. Can’t complain a bit.

So maybe my IO is haunted. It is close to Halloween after all. Just for kicks I put a battery in it and it is back to working just like the day I got it.
