The only reason I don't see that as the issue is that the clicker 'bends' away from the glass during heatup. Cool-down click can slap the edge of the tip depending on the crimp. My '18-M use to jump from the table. It was one with the honest separation between click. The second cooldown...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

Flite's BMS is one of the standard 10 amp BMS offerings. It is not too hard to swap out. Then again, Jeff will help out if needed.

I think it is the clicker slapping the glass when the cool-down click happens. Tough one to manage.

Oh bummer. PM MrC and see if he has one in your color.

Flite's cover is mated to the case as a pair. Are you missing one or are you trying to make a custom one @Aos3327 ?

I like the CaS, or Cap as Switch, that Fluxer's Flite introduced. I have that in a home-built as well and prefer it over any other actuator. Just dip and cook. Of course, HotShot and Brute still have the tactile switch in the chamber. The solid wooden landing zone has worked very well with...

Since they put the older logo on them, the new vault units should be made with the newer cap material. I don't doubt the offerings have a nice hot cap. And I am also happy to see people recognize this significant improvement.

Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

I dig at it with a needle. Once you get one edge out, things are easy. They also go back in really easy.

    Killing zvs boards

Oh okay; Phew... that is a better problem to have. The power levels you report are not indicative of heating too fast though. Try a 3S battery setup and see if you like that better. That would be 11.1V after the peak. Either that or some regulation of the input voltage.

Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

I have no idea why the Ti sucked all this time. I think the extra vape path length of the Mad Heaters Revolve kills off whatever I didn't like.

Most of the tuning can be done with the coil. Adding a turn will reduce the power draw. Glad to hear you found a common denominator. When you say it gets hot, under what conditions? I normally hold the bare unit in my hands. Typically, the start and end bends on the coil will get hot first...

Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

Revolve finally made peace with my '19 titanium tip. Never liked it on my wooden stems.

Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

Fastest way to keep vaping is to swap cells. No time at all. I have several quality liion chargers plugged in so this keep the heaters running full time.

I'm leaning toward a cold solder joint on a high current leg. Show me that center tap solder connection at the choke.
