    The Magic-Flight Box

You didn't show me this: https://www.vaporesso.com/vape-tanks/vm That design only shows that not all mods work with the low ohms of a Launch Box. I made the sub-C battery adapter based on that connector if you remember.

    The Magic-Flight Box

Let's do a design that doesn't need a screw in the LB. Build Link For those working on a solution to a 510 adapter - I realized that anything but copper contacts to the stainless rails of the Launch Box causes significant heat at the contact's junction. Also note that the copper slug in the...

DIY Induction Heater Builds and References

You need a separate circuit for the blue light for the battery mode only from the selector switch. Nice idea though. I think you need to do the same with the negative line as the positive to do this. A double pole switch. You would run the blue light between +Common and -battery pack.

Okay, yes, you want to isolate the battery pack from the power brick through the slide switch. In the case of using the MOSFET switch, consider positive to be a common bus. You will be switching the negative line. Connect negative power source to either NO or NC of the switch. I'm assuming...

You will find that the +in and the +out are the same circuit and independent of the MOSFET switch. Still trying to figure out what you want with the slide switch. Input power selector? What is the rating of the power supply?

That top diagram is right and I can follow it. The bottom one gives me a headache. I should add something useful though - make sure that your battery charger is current limited. The BMS may try to draw whatever you give it. This is not a problem when the cells are near full charge but when...

@TheThriftDrifter - yes, by contrast, the highly textured tips will depend on the heat from the cap providing more convection heating. This also affects how much heat is pushed back to the cap during the draw. I don't have a '17 either but it would lend to the same observation as the '18.

What makes the '17, '18, and even the '19-M so much better than newer offerings is the surface area proximity of the bowl to the cap. That is what transfers the heat most efficiently from the cap to the tip by convection. The more grooves and undulations on the tip's surface is 'lost...

You can see the brand of the tip by the cap. It has a rounded digger with a pot leaf.

Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

Keep the wire around 33" (10-turns at 3/4" ID). If you go to around 22", you are in the 2S Li-ion range. Roughly, the turns on a 3/4" dowel, it is about 1V/turn. More turns means less power. Smaller ID focuses the heat to a narrower band along the cap. I like 16mm ID. But keep the wire...

Vap Hot Box - Dynavap Induction Heater

@TonyGazelle - That one should work. They messed up something in the texts as it references 5.5 x 2.1 and 5.5 x 2.5 connectors. Fortunately, most of those connectors are now compatible with both power connector styles. If it ends not working, you may need an adapter, but I doubt that will be...

    Mail Order CBD

I store quite a bit of OCN's CBD. Never had an issue with it going 'old' as yet. Just breaks up easier when it dries out a bit. Everything is stored in mason jars. I like their Bubba Kush. Very vape-able. The only flower I've ever had that I didn't like used a very cheap pesticide. If it...

For CBD, no. I buy Organic Oregon grown whenever I can but outdoors if fine with me. But I do expect a top-shelf trim and a consistent strain of choice. I'm usually out maybe $80 after discounts with free shipping at an OZ. Discounts really kick in at 1/4lb. I can't do that with THC.
