Hey, it happens. Not to put too much stock in it (and for sure don't waste time looking for me to do it again). If you post enough you're likely to connect with the occasional guy, like the blind pig. Glad you found it useful, that was of course my intent. VG can be a great vape, but some...

Yes, but it is 'just a US Mail' ban, right? The sale of the products is still legal, they are looking to limit the shipments as much as they can. Common Carriers like UPS, FedEx and the like will be happy to serve us? I think it's worth noting that PIU, PV, HR, and the rest of the sellers...

As I said a bit ago, IMO there's little difference between torches and 'candle flame' lighters. However, I found the Aluminum bat to be pretty useless for serious work. It rapidly gets hot, too hot to hold on to, with very few hits. I suggest a different model. Bodies with more 'heatproof'...

IMO there is no difference in the end. Both burn the same gas, at the same general rates, therefore actually produce the same total heat. Soft flame has the advantage of no 'hot spots' that can cause problems if torch types get loose on exposed glass (and locally heat it, causing a crack)...

I don't think there ever will be a spacer due to the design. The 'Pearl' (cover for the load) is adjustable up and down on a threaded stud allowing you to change the chamber size, cutting it in half or more? As to how that will suit you, I'm in no position to offer advice really, entirely too...

Excellent point. The two are by no means the same sort of vape. The DV's 'click' sensor takes a lot of the learning issues and puts them to rest, even if it does mean you always get the same result under the same conditions.....everyone using it more or less the same? That is, unless you...

Based on very limited testing, I can recommend these guys: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083XVPLQM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Yes, there should be no problem with using either charger with your older unit, The Solo II version is just capable of a bit more current...

You mean this one? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083XVPLQM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Be advised, that while they claim Solo II performance (3400 mAh) the one I got is really 'only' 2200 by actual test, a replacement for Solo I. But it does that function well. OF

    Arizer portable heater tech discussion

Makes sense to me if it really is conduction (which I still believe is the case). The stem comes out at the same temperature as the oven body, no apparent convection contribution by super heated air? Rather it looks like 'heat soaks' are doing the good work...... Thanks for doing the work and...

Yer welcome, glad to help when I can. Unfortunately, combustion skills can lead us astray here. With combustion, drawing in lots of air feeds the fire, making more heat. The opposite of what we get with conduction vapes. True convection vapes, like say VG, respond as we expect. Hit them...

Some excellent suggestions have been given. I agree, "Big Clouds" was not a design goal but rather a flexible and useful vape that is frugal with herb. If you wanted to make one for milking, you'd use a larger load and as suggested above maximum temperatures in an effort to increase vapor...

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

While typically without water, I've had good results with solid concentrates (either bubble hash or it's first cousin old school pressed hash) directly in EDGE capsules. Nothing to melt, no need for herb to blot up leaks (and you can use cotton instead of herb if that's an issue). I run 410F...

Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

That's 'use while charging' not passthrough. I depends on the battery being charged to run the unit, and then replaces the used charge. As others have pointed out it needs a at least partially charged battery to run. Not to worry, your unit isn't special. Mass produced products like this...

Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

No, it does not. Nor does any vape or similar device where the 'charger' can't provide enough power to run it. In this case by a lot? In this case it takes say 10 times (?) as much time to recharge the battery than the charged battery will run the vape. Otherwise, welcome to the Forum...

A pair of excellent bits of advice. The proper size screwdriver ("0" IIRC) is critical. Using one 'a size too small' is inviting it to cam out of the slot, do that a time or two with too much force and you can easily strip the screw head out defying further efforts to turn the screw out...

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

The fact remains, it apparently does not work? IMO a normal 'wall wort' USB-C charger will, as will other USB configurations not involved in 'handshake' protocols. Certainly that's the normal experience with other owners? I'll give you 'dollars to doughnuts' that one like this will provide...

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

Edge, with it's bigger battery capacity, comes with an 'upgrade' to USB-C which is capable of a higher charge rate. Apparently your cell phone charger is not capable of 'keeping up', you'll need to upgrade that as well if you want to use it. 2 Amps (more commonly 2.1 Amps) is the new minimum...

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

Congratulations, good choice, I'm sure you'll enjoy it (as your friend does). To match your charging cable you need a (high power) USB charger. That means more than the typical units, you want 2 Amps or more. The common size is "2.1 Amps" and supports many products in this power range. Like...

My camera is not handy, but there is a spring there but not in the normal way. It goes under the Gold plated contract strap. It offers very little 'spring' and no 'bounce' to the battery being dropped as you'd normally find. If it's rattling (which I find hard to believe) I suspect you could...
