Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

As has just been said, you can't disassemble it. The bottom cap is pressed into the tube, the screw buys you nothing. And the chances of replacing the cell with one of higher capacity is slim indeed. The maker no doubt put the highest capacity cell in that would fit? Most likely the vape is...

    Healthy Rips Rogue

No, I'd advise against Edge (or F2) caps in the larger Rogue chamber. These are conduction vapes, they depend on physical contact for rapid heat transfer. And, once the heat is conducted into the capsule from the oven walls, having a looser load in a bigger capsule will slow production there...

IIRC you can't plate Gold alloys (which would typically be Silver?). As I recall, the Gold ions plate out atom by atom. Using a really nasty chemical bath. To do Sliver atoms, you'd need different chemistry and voltage. Gold is considered inert, it doesn't react with typical materials...

    Vapman

I don't believe this is so. The pan is Gold plated, specifically so the Copper won't oxidize. It's not an indestructibly thick of course, and is soft enough to get damaged if you go at it too aggressively with metal tools. Without this protection the pan would quickly look like an old penny...

    Healthy Rips Rogue

Yep, not only quicker but since the capsules are larger it's not only 'easier to get to' (since you have more herb 'working') but there's also more total THC. The larger capsules designed for Rogue have clear advantages. Regards to all. OF

    Healthy Rips Rogue

I don't agree, which 'shows to go ya' how confusing this can be. Timing has a lot to do with it I think. It's easy for reporting rising temperatures to 'take a jump' depending on when the heat was turned on? There is also a 'masking' issue, it's common practice to 'round up' to a set...

    Healthy Rips Rogue

You can try it, of course, but I'd expect poor results. The extra SS will further slow conduction, plan on even longer 'heat soaks'. Conduction depends on physical contact. I'd go with the larger capsules intended for Rogue.....in fact I did come to think on it. Regards to all. OF

Having both, I strongly recommend the Big Bronze one. It's my 'go to' VG, I haven't used the Walnut one in a year or more. The Bronze one is cooler.....both in temperature of use as well as being the other kind of cool..... Regards to all. OF

    Vapman

That's what I do as well. And keep it moving. It's important to be consistent as you learn,, since you must establish a pattern so you can use time (longer heat from a cold start). The only other advice is to not be too shy with the heat, combustion is to be avoided, but it's not fatal...

    VaporGenie

Yes, it's been tried (by a fair number of folks). And no, it doesn't work. These guys provide a tiny percentage of the heat needed. Enough to trigger combustion, but the combustion has to add the additional heat needed to get to vaping temperature. Consider how small the battery is? Not to...

Yocan UNI Twist Universal Portable Mod

I'd expect the single LED to use less, and be cheaper to make. Just not significantly less? A marketing call? Good thoughts, IMO. OF

Yocan UNI Twist Universal Portable Mod

I don't think you can really measure this. The power to heat is very large compared to the display draw? IMO there's just too much variance between users, let alone what each individual might use from 'run to run', to make measurement of recharge current totals to give any useful measure...

Not all Silicon is food grade (which really has to do with the catalyst IIRC) nor is it all rated to the same temperature. Consider that in addition to spatulas and other tools there is also baking sheets and molds which are legitimately rated for continuous duty at 450F and more. There are...

    DaVinci MIQRO

No, I have not tried it, but I wouldn't hesitate to do so. It works well on Alumina (normal 'ceramic') of course, and Zirconia is even tougher? OF

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

Yes it is. Hold down the plus key and in a second or two it'll start to scroll up, and will stop at max temperature until you release the key. You can then 'count down' again to your target. Glad you're enjoying your Edge. Regards to all, OF

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

You didn't screw it up. The key is the groove in the blue gasket is deep enough to take the full diameter of the screen. Pinch the blue part to make the hole oval, then insert one side of the screen to the bottom of the groove, seating perhaps 1/4 of the screen? The gasket will not want to...

I suggest the second one (the 1.5 Amp one), for the reason I stated above. Regards to all. OF

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

Probably not. I suspect the iPhone adapter is 5 Volts, one Amp. Edge 'draws' 1.5 Amps, the source that the charging cable plugs into must be able to supply that higher current. If you try it it'll either shut down the adapter (to protect it) meaning no charging or (worse still) overload the...
