It's user preference I think. I use it in the most direct way positioned over the bowl and so necessarily fully extended.

The air holes are only for the included glass tube so if you push it all the way down you still get air flow because the end hole is blocked, other stems don’t need the holes and better to locate the wpa on the side of the screen/bowl for direct flow.

So far, they are fine, but unfortunately, the caps of the capsules come off quickly.
Earlier today, 4 capsules fell on the street, and I had to search for the caps... I found 3 out of 4, but one is lost.

Unfortunately, all the caps fell off.

Those are exactly the capsules I have... and I find that the caps are quite loose. That’s why I was looking for ones that you can screw on instead.

Then I noticed another issue yesterday… I realized that the mouthpiece wasn’t sitting firmly anymore. After taking a closer look, I saw that the magnets had come loose from the mouthpiece and were sticking to the Roffu.

Is it possible that the magnets in the mouthpiece were just glued in? And if so, what’s the best way to fix them back in place?

The caps and the tube case you posted yesterday are the ones you need..I have those and they work great and the lids are a snug fit.. as for the magnets, I don't see any that are exposed..very strange..that sucks tho.

Sorry for the confusion as the ones you linked are the older style and the ones I linked are the newer type that XVAPE now use as well...these are normally very tight as @Bear R. explained.
As for the magnets, again as stated by @Bear R. there are no exposed magnets in the cooling unit, any chance you could post us a picture of your problem so we can help sort it for you. The only problem we had was early on with the cooling unit where some people got cracks in the area where the magnets are housed/hidden.

It was the magnets on the mouthpiece that came loose... And both of them came loose at the same time.

I had ordered exactly those ones:

Because they are from Xvape, and the capsules look exactly like the ones LesPlenty posted.
But I really didn’t like the capsule container that came with it, because the rubber lids came off in my pocket, and the capsules ended up loose in my bag… some of them even opened, and I had weed all over my pocket. I really didn’t like that.

That’s why I’ve now bought capsule containers and capsules from Wolkenkraft — they make a much better impression on me.

Ok, those magnets, I have never seen any problem with those before (I think) and I ultrasonic clean mine in 100% iso regularly. Did you have them near some other strong magnets or is there any other reason you can think of how they may have come out?
I would simply push them back in making sure the polarity of the magnets is correct so as to not make the mouthpiece repel from the cooling unit when installed. If they keep falling out, a simple paper shim will help to secure them in place if you do not like glue.

You could try gluing them back in, I tried with the V3Pro mp magnets, but it never worked. You’re in the the EU I believe, too bad because I have 3 mp’s only one was ever used, but I’m in 51st state(Canada) and shipping would be prohibitive. When you mentioned magnets I forgot the duckbill mp had magnets.

Thanks for the extra info, I would try your local seller for warranty support if you do not like using glue or the paper shim method I suggested above to retain the magnets.
Also, this is now the second report of these magnets becoming dislodged so I will ask Head Office for some feedback and report back.

I didn’t want to contact the local dealer… I see it as a minor issue… Besides, the part isn’t very expensive, so it doesn’t make sense to burden the dealer with shipping costs.

Mistakes can happen sometimes… I’m happy with Roffu, and the issue doesn’t really bother me.

I’ll find a way to glue it somehow… Besides, I still have a spare one… All good!

Quick question… am I right in thinking the roffu needs batteries with minimum 10A CDR??

Curious is there any benefit in having a higher CDR like 20A. Trying to buy some higher capacity batteries and noticed most 3200mah and higher have the lower CDR…

I just noticed this video where the stove fits very tightly and even stays attached when lifted.

But in my case, it’s not quite that tight. It’s secure enough that the stove doesn’t fall once it clicks into place… but when I lift the Roffu over the heater, it comes loose.

Is that a problem? And if it ever becomes completely loose, would it affect performance?

i eventually also received the metal oven & the glass mouthpiece, and i am even more happy with the roffu now. the metal oven does make a noticeable difference (i prefer it personally), and the glass mouthpiece is a big improvement on taste, also it so versatile!

what i meant to ask for a while: it should be ok to clean the ceramic moutpiece with iso yes? and are the rubber bits (like the one that comes with glass mouthpiece) dishwasher safe?

I clean my ceramic mouthpiece in 100% iso suspended in an ultrasonic cleaner with no problems and the silicone parts should be fine in the dishwasher...I have done it purely for research, but I find iso on a Q-tip then a water rinse works great.
