My tracking info says mine is still in California. I wish I would've gotten a heads up from Andy that it was going to take 5 days from the time I ordered to get my package to the Post Office. Maybe he was out of town? :hmm:

My E-Nano took a few days to ship (3, 4, 5.. I forget) but it went from Cali to Rhode Island in 2 days! So I'd say it's normal there may be a slight delay in shipping but once it ships it should arrive quite quickly.

So let's see...I ordered a nano on Thursday, it didn't ship until Tuesday night, and now I find out that my package was sent with an incorrect address. Great...just great. Not a happy camper here. I don't see how it could get here before I go out of town.

So far, I'm less than thrilled with the customer service I've received from Epicvape.

You ordered it Thursday night 7:16pm my time. I packed it Friday. The post office was closed Sat. Sun. and Mon. I shipped it Tuesday to the address YOU specified on the 'Ship to' form on the website and you're 'less than thrilled' with the customer service from me (Epicvape)? Not sure what else I could have done.

Not sure how I got my own address wrong. I will keep checking the tracking and check with the people at the address it was sent to.

"Not sure what else I could have done."

You could have emailed me and told me that my package wouldn't be shipped until Tuesday. That's something else you could have done. And you couldn't find ONE USPS, FED EX OR UPS office that's open on Saturdays? That's something else you could have done.

Not sure either, but you did it twice. You put the same address on the billing page as you put on the shipping page, so that's the one I used.
Had you expressed a need to me, we could possibly have made other (faster) shipping arrangements, otherwise I would presume a one workday turnaround for a handmade product would be quite satisfactory.

Actually it is more than quite satisfactory, in my own humble opinion. I'd say it's damn quick considering Andy runs a one man show (as far as I understood)

Not to offend anyone, but please mind the big picture here. What is a few days wait? For a vaporizer? A handcrafted product that you know will perform as expected?

I'm no mod or anything, and who am I to tell you? But please stop cluttering a nice thread like this with all this "did yours/did mine ship already" and "when oh when will it arrive" posts...

Couldn't agree more with most, Dafni. Not that I like trolling through all of them - but I totally understand the "did you get yours?", "I got mine - was shipped on this date" type posts. Everybody's anxious to get a new vape once they pull the trigger and order, and USPS is notoriously horrible on updating tracking info.

But, I do get a little tired of sorting through some of the other mess. Experiences with vendors vary from vendor to vendor - and even from same vendor. Anyone on here should get that (at least as an adult - even more so if you're an FC regular). Sometimes you place an order and the item is out of stock or back-ordered. Sometimes there may be production delays. Sometimes you may luck out and have your order in just as the vendor is putting together their latest stack of boxes to send out. Whatever the case, if you read an established thread you should have a pretty reasonable idea of how long something should take to get to your door - barring pitfalls of playing USPS roulette. And, that doesn't mean expecting instant ship or delivery because someone else posts, "can't believe how fast this thing got here!".

If something isn't to your expectations - or even hopes - take it up with the vendor off to the side. I've found that almost all get back to you within a business day at the latest. Most, within a few hours. If the seller responds and is reasonable, keep it there. Mention it later when telling of your entire experience if you must (like after you get it - initial impressions or whatever), but be good enough to tell both sides of the story. FC is an AWESOME forum, and I think part of the reason it is is that people generally do this. Unfortunately, seems there are more and more who don't.

As far as my personal experiences with Andy? I placed my order very early on, and got caught up in the long wait while Andy was sorting out his suppliers a few months ago. For the most part he kept me (and others) updated as best he could. I even got a bit grumbly on here, as did a few others. But, let's be honest here.... a few of us waited months - not days - for our order completion, and there wasn't the plethora of reports of good experiences that are on this thread now. My eNano shipped as soon as Andy could get it out the door, and he threw a couple of free extras in my box. Stellar service for me and those others in the long wait? Not really. But as long as we were kept informed (and we were), all was good with me (and seemed to be with others). All things considered the experience was very reasonable. Price was more than fair. Andy didn't have to throw in the extras or write a nice note on my invoice. I'd call that good customer service. Think most would.

Whatever your summation on that, it seems all of that mess is a thing of the nearly ancient past. Been too busy to post much myself, but seems many are getting their orders well within 10 days. You really can't beat that! Not like you are ordering from a mega online outlet like Amazon.

As for the nano itself? Holy sh*t man!!! This thing is phenomenal! The best vape I have ever used for many reasons that are all over this thread. Worth the wait? You bet!! Even with the long wait some of us had early on. Now that's not an issue, picking one of these up is a no-brainer. And, as things have settled out and Andy has caught up it seems customer service, ship times, response times to emails/messages and everything else has reached that stellar level. I know I always get a response quickly, and seems others do. And, Andy is on here answering questions and addressing issues pretty damn quick.

So, chill a little folks. Be reasonable and let go of the whining unless you've got good reason to whine with no responses or service from the dude. Looks like it is still a one man show, and he is doing great and providing a superior product for a more than reasonable price. I'm still in awe of the buzz's the nano delivers daily with the few crumbs I drop in. I really hope he hits it big and these things start selling everywhere as well as they seem to be doing here with FC'ers. Just like anybody else who provides an excellent product at a great price with stellar service to a market that wants it - he deserves to be making the millions!

I will say this then no more on the topic cause I don't want anyone to feel like I was complaining. I only asked if it shipped out already cause I knew he had ordered a few days before, I was excited about ordering mine and figured if his shipped mine wasn't far behind, if it came off as rude and impatient, that was not my intent, I was just excited and curious. I would also like to say my experience with Andy has been A+ from the super fast shipping, the packing, to the hand written reply to the comment on the receipt. Thanks again Andy I love my E-Nano! Great Memorial Day gift for this Veteran! :D

Well, I'm stumped. I'm not sure how I could have input the same incorrect random address twice......my apologies. Fortunately, I'm acquainted with the people at that address...maybe they'll get it.

I've watched Andy provide superior customer service to the forum and this thread for too long. I wanted to support and be a part of those services so I bought an e-nano a few weeks ago. Received a faulty GonG and Andy replaced it in less than a week.

My cloud hasn't been turned on since I received the nano. It will eventually, but the nano really is that good IMO.

Do forgive me, FC members. How DARE I express a different opinion from other customers? You're quite right...shame on me.

Different opinion? Cool. Can never get enough of them - especially on vapes & vaping!

EDIT: Yes... manufacturers too, whether comments are good or bad. All stuff many would like to know - me as much as anyone.

6 (7?, 8?) whining posts and back and forth about one particular order within about a page of the thread? Not so much.

EDIT 2: Now 8 (9?, 10?) on one stinking order? WOW! Hope that's about it. If not, it might be a good idea to start a new thread and leave this one to it's purpose.

Pretty simple really.... it's not your thread, or anybody's thread - not even Andy. It's OUR thread and everyone else who posts or reads it. Just a little consideration, maybe?

You're quite right, flotntoke. The ONLY opinions allowed to be discussed in the Enano thread are about the vape itself. How could I have thought that it would be permissible to discuss the manufacturer as well? How could I have forgotten that on this thread, positive remarks about the manufacturer of the Enano are permitted, but critical comments are "whining." How silly of me!

What a coincidence. You're acquainted with the people at the random address your package was mistakenly sent to. I smelled some sort of bs from the start. Andy seems like a very professional guy. An e-nano will most likely be my first log vape when I purchase one next month.
The address is only a block away from me. So yes...I know the people who live there. I've lived in this neighborhood for 17 years.

"I smelled some sort of bs from the start."

That's truly offensive. Are u accusing me of lying? What possible purpose would it serve? Your comment has been reported to the mods.

Let me get this straight...some of us waited over two months for our vape to ship and this guy is crying over a couple of days...and he put the wrong address! Lol! Chill dude, Andy will get you your merchandise! Nobody is perfect but Andy does what it takes to make things right...over and over again!

ModNote: when the forum owner (post above yours) says stop the derail...stop the derail.

Has anyone effectively used their Nano with a dab of a concentratee and no flower? Does anyone have an idea of how to do so using the stock stem or gong?

I've been trying to figure out how to do this since I got mine but cant come up with any good ideas to contain the melted oil. Given the high max temp of the E Nano I imagine it would be good for this purpose.

I've done it with full melt hash through the GonG.

Keeping the stem inverted upside down during a direct draw would keep anything from melting down into the nano. It would instead melt down the stem.

Edit: ...or you could encase the oil in cotton similar to how we do with the Solo.

Nice vid!! Looks like a sweet combo!

One quick tip.... you may want to invert the nano and put it on the gong stem rather than the other way around. Then flip over the two while mated. This will keep anything from falling out during the process. Takes a little getting used to, but has become habit for me with straight glass stem. My gong usually sits right side up anyway, perched in a typical glass piece and inverted nano goes down on top of it.

Just wanted to mention that I've had the opportunity to use one of the all-glass GonGs for the last week or so. Been loving it. I am truly foregoing the SS screen, and while more material is ending up in my water, it's still an insignificant amount, and a worthy tradeoff to avoid the SS screens. Definitely worth the little extra $, in my opinion.

Almost 2 months with my Nano, and couldn't be happier with it. Just sayin'.

Ups and downs? Okay, sure. But Andy has made everything right for me in the end, and I'm happily using my Nano as I type.

It's easy to forget, as I did, just how difficult a one-man business can be.

If that's the case the post office may get it to your house depends on the mailman and if he realizes the name.
You should let him know also.
