I just tried that and still nothing :( Like you and OF said, it must be a faulty charger.

One more thing to try if you're game. Take the four screws out of the base and slide the cover up and off. You can see the battery behind the keyboard, carefully release the cover, swing the battery out a bit and unplug it for a few minutes. Do a few button presses to be sure the circuits are dead. The reassemble it again, hopefully it'll reboot and run fine. If, however, the battery is dead because the charger has packed in......

Good luck.

As always, your help (OF) is very appreciated. I will enjoy it, this much I know! :tinfoil:

You're welcome.

IMO it doesn't hurt to keep reminding each other, sometimes guys get distracted you know.....

Charging once again and I see red light indicating it;s charging and 1,2,3 lights are flashing. I took the plug out and put it back in, still the same.

You are getting a red light when you try to charge it? Along with the 3 lights?

That's confusing, both of those are separate indicators. The red light appears when the internal batteries voltage falls lower than the limits programmed into the device.

The 3 lights issue shows up when your charger is not putting out the proper voltage.

I wish I had a solution for you but OF's recommendation is good because it could just need a reset. Try that and if that dosen't work we can try something else...

Yes red lights with light blinking from 1-3, i posted up a video up a few replies down from previous post.

So you suggest OF's last suggestion to unscrew it? I would but I just got the volcano out of the garage and now im too stoned to attempt it.

This has happened to me before. You might have had a power outage at night or something the solo is very picky about the charger. What you need to do is search this thread on how to reset the solo. You might have to do it multiple times in order for it too work (I tried like 3 times), you have to do it perfectly for it to reset.

EDIT: It is possible it is permently messed up or your charger is messed up. But trying to reset it is the easiest thing to do and see if it gets fixed.

Always in a state of confusion and silliness♀
Doing what OF said is the best way I think if you can handle such stuff. From what centizen had said on the battery thread that completely resets the system so no need to try a bunch of times like ONJ said.

ONJ thanks about the power outage comment since we are coming into the power outage season, I will try to remember not to charge overnight.

Use a Power Bar with Surge Cut-off .
The ones they recommend for your PC and laptops .

What's with the charger/resetting issues with the newer models ? M1A's ; M1B's .
I hope Arizer and their authorized vendors are collecting this data and will address it . ( fix it )

Thanks but they don't work as far as I am concerned. I think I only had to reset a power strip a handful of times and haven't in years. The wall outlets with the protector work better and flip all the time which is annoying lol.

I have been on my computer with the expensive power strip and it doesn't make a difference. Now it is better cause with a laptop it just switches to battery. I still hear the tv pop as well as whatever else is on. Most electronics in my house are on good strips. Now maybe it won't do that to the solo because of the strip but I prefer if I remember not to take the chance.

Got my PVHES today, holy crap night and day difference with this thing. Much improved airflow for still massive hits.

On the other hand, I'm already getting looser stems with this thing, it seems I'll be getting my o rings just in time.

Water Path with a SOLO!

You know, your shameless repeatedly taunting us with the lovely glass photos reminded me to finally recommend a modest alternative, the smaller cousin of the famous bubbler:
http://www.pipesdaddy.com/Double-Dome-Shower-Head-Bubbler-Black-p/bb-0087.htm

About the same height, half the diameter, works surprisingly well, is lots of fun to watch and it's really hard to argue with the price. Adding one of these to the order:

lets you couple to tube, Omicron carts, Cera and so on.

For those who don't yet know the famous bubbler:
http://www.pipesdaddy.com/product-p/vp-0022.htm

It's pretty neat too, comes with the adapter, and travels well with a couple of appropriately sized rubber stoppers to keep the water in. No PVA (or whatever it's called) is complete without one......

Or invest in a surge protector

Tell that to my family's $1200 tv that died three days ago due to power outage (we are still under warranty luckily). Surge protectors dont offer 100% protection or even the protection most people think. Also the solo seems to be hyper sensitive to any power problems. Power outage was just my guess though based on what the guy said.
