TinyMight / TM 2

Day Tripper
I love catching up on a thread which I have been away from for a while. It seems there is still no shortage of new TM owners swooning over its awesomeness. For me, after almost 9 months, I still love this vape ! I'll never stop using my others in rotation , but it still holds the top spot

Was thinking recently that the TM could use a concept like the ARGO. YMMV
A retractable (glass) mouthpiece on the go. In. Walla. Out. Walla.
More compact, and protected from impacts in the field. :spliff:

Walla Walla Who??
Walla Walla Hey!!
:lmao:
Sorry I was recently watching the Wet Hot American Summer prequel and sequel series on netflix so that's all I could think of when I read your post! They chanted in the sequel

Also I find retractable glass mouthpieces to be inconvenient typically, more cause to get gunked up and stuck, it would also make the vape bigger to accommodate it as well... And if it's like the Argo where it's the vape body itself that that rises up as a shroud instead of actually retracting the stem, well I just think that is a really dumb design personally and would hate it on the TM lol

Voilà! Hope you don’t have the dropsies.

Different strokes?

LOL I actually did already drop it once, no glass stem inside, so retractable stem or shroud would have done nothing in that case anyway. Otherwise yes I am pretty careful... but I also think if stem were retractable or shrouded, it would not really protect the glass from breaking in a real drop much?

Tinymight is a problematic for my uses, I go through way to much weed and have to constantly change batteries daily. First world problems I know.

Other then that it does rip tasty light or hard draws, just don't like constant stirring required on this device as well

Sounds like perhaps you are loading too much? If you load a very deep bowl, the extraction will be less even, as you see most of us don't find the need to stir at all...

A good rule of thumb, on average, is not to load more than the width of the stem. I do by eye, never measure exact amount, and rarely stir. A very consistent experience for me - every single time :). TGIF to all. My new Hopper io showed up early today and is being cleaned. I have my TM with me as I run errands after work. :peace:

Has anyone been able to get in contact with the maker of the TM? Mine fell about 2 1/2 feet and fucked it up. Bunch of rattling on the inside and bent the heater coils. Kinda broke it all down and something holding the heater (ceramic pins) must of got loose, but now I just got to put it back together. Wondering if anyone has done this before with the heater? I've been trying to email the dude and wanted to just send it back for fixing or getting a new heater but can't get any word from him.

Also anyone else find it pretty convenient for the maker of the TM to use the covid as an excuse as to why there will be delays in the reply time? Dude needs to quit being cheap and just hire someone for the customer service.

I was in the same boat but it was through my own stupidity taking it apart then fucking up putting it back together.
I sent them an email about 3 weeks ago throwing myself on their mercy and offering to pay whatever it took to repair. No answer so sent it again each week.
Got an answer on wednesday apologising for the length of time taken to reply and with a dhl shipping label to return it!
I think they'll do you right if you just send them a couple of nudges.
Yesterday vapefiend got some stock in so I ordered another one which arrives tomorrow!

Is it ok to charge my batteries lets say when it ships so I'm ready to go or is that not good for battery/life?

It's totally okay to store Li Ion cells fully charged for days or even a few weeks. When it comes to months, it's better to discharge them a bit. But they are not as sensitive towards being stored fully charged as for example a LiPo.

Lol y'all rich mofos if you don't stir,I hate how 1/10 of the bowl touching glass is still greenish /yellow vs the brown avb.

I didn't stir first 3 days cuz everyone's like it totally extracts it! No need! You load or hit it wrong!

Stirring gives me 1-2 final rips always, dunno why y'all don't stir, quick search shows the same thing the herb touching glass barely gets vaped cuz the glass is cooling the draw right there.

Simple physics, this thread along with alpine is giving me awkward feelings about fc. Imo both of them were overhyped to the actual product.

Had I seen any review about the awkward compression design of sandwiching all the components via 1 center screw, I would have never bought it, the design of how it assembled (1 screw) poses alot of qc issues. And don't say the last July to Sept orders didn't have any issues, there are over 6 reports now that the heater didn't heatup correctly from brand new (due to bad assembly)

Complete with reports stating he doesn't test them before shipment, don't get me wrong the TM rips but like I said this along with all the other random issues this vape has gets kinda swept under the rug.

For example reddit had a poll going, last night I checked like 50 ppl said I'll buy another TM right now, and 15 said they would never get this device ever again......

Tbvh i didnt even think about stirring because of everything I read on this thread until I received something from sneaky pete and gave it a try:

Maybe somebody else should stir as well and see if you can get 1/2 extra hits outta your bowl? Never hurt to try, and Sneakypete is a pretty reputable company giving proper vaping tips imo.

I'm glad I got one that works well. I remember from business classes that every manufacturer has a "fail" rate. I wonder what TinyMight's ratio is? The manufacturer has certainly received some very positive reviews from the vapor community worldwide. I can attest it works well, but I suspect having one won't help me walk on water or multiply my food stuffs w/o applying cash. But I have been turning tap water into wine, so it's got that going for it.

A few minutes ago. Are you reading the thread?

My theory is that the maker was waiting on a part or something and on arrival pumped out a big batch. If order numbers are at all meaningful for judging relative deliveries I would guess something over 100 units. Both @macbill and I and many other posters were in that batch. I'm thinking the retailer deliveries were also.
