TinyMight / TM 2

All who wander are not lost...
Different shipping as discovered here:

My TM was purchased from Vapeknight as he forgot he accidentally tried buying a second TM but it went through. Being the nice guy that I am and wanting to help a good friend out I told him to keep the order and it was shipped to him though it didn’t take too long (maybe 2 weeks the most). I’ve not received anything directly from Tinymight and this accessory order is my first from him. I’ve been in my home a while and never had anything pirated but there’s a first time for everything. There’s nothing in the order that can’t wait so I’ll wait some more.

Funny, I saw Vapeknight over the weekend at his house, and he was proudly using his TM while I brought my Fury 2, lol. My TM however is number one! :peace:

The air in your draw will always take the path of least resistance. If there's space around a filled capsule, much more air will flow around the capsule than through it.
Yep yep

I found this to be the case when I tried the SB capsules as well (tho others have claimed success with them).
I feared this to be the case also and didn't even try it until last week after all the screen direction talk. It was a different experience for me than stock or the Grav stem, less fulfilling for some reason, but it did extract fully and almost as quickly as normal. I was surprised. I did turn the bottom screen over and placed the capsules cap down, not sure if it matters or not, but it seems in that configuration, there's not much room for air to go around.

Now a few pages back someone mentioned taking the red o-ring out and I took it to mean the one at the top of the stem towards the mouthpiece. They claimed it worked, and I don't doubt them, but I can't see that working either. Without a seal at the top I'm guessing you'd double the fresh air intake if not more and it would really cut down it's effectiveness?

Got my TM today. It came before i had time to get tracking even though i paid for it. Order 7-7 n got it today. No wpa but i manage to fit the wpa from my noisy cricket on it. Its super easy to use. I wont lie i skimmed the instructions to try it out after cleaning it n what not. I had in sesh mode bc I vape with the wife and its easier. I had it on 6 and it was going but i kept thinking i dont get the hype my tera performs like this. Then i read the instructions better and noticed the boost function. Daaaaang felt like paul walker hittin his turbo in the first F&F. Slapped me good boys bout ordered a casket because the TM murdered my face.

Ive seen people commenting about the outter ring of green whilst middle is fully vaped. Has any solutions came of is?
Oh and to top it off my new glass came today with it. VAS is temporarily subsided. Looks real pretty on my new colorful glass

Potatovape,
New member here. Read through the thread and noticed there is a WPA available from the tinymight site. I don't see the WPA on the site and I have already placed my order a few days ago. Still waiting to hear back from my earlier emails. Pretty stoked.

they are on this page, one is multifit, and one that is 18mm on the fitting end but works with the cooling unit.

It was so long ago I don't remember how I oriented the capsule. I just remember I couldn't get any vapor. Perhaps I should try it again but TBH the ease of using the TM natively (without capsules), combined with the Virus scare keeping me from going out much, and I'm not sure I'll gain much convenience from the capsules. I can see them coming in handy if I take the TM out and about though.

Go with 18"? I'm planning on attaching mine to a mobius matrix sidecar. Should I also get any additional o rings while I'm at it?
I would say either one but only one fits the cooling unit in it. i personally dont see the use of the cooling unit when using a rig. i would get the 18mm because it doesnt have a glass screen so you can adjust the bowl size. and yes on the orings.

Anybody have a good suggestion for a dedicated tool to push the CU around in the stem? Not loving the idea of using a screw driver. Also looking for ideas on how to remove the screen from the CU for cleaning. I took it apart last night to soak but left the screen in because I didnt feel like messing with it.

Do you know your order number? I ordered june 24th and havent gotten mine. Also, i read that for some people, a loose pack meant no stirring/no green ring

Thanks

I added the following to my order:

1: Connection Adapter 18mm
1: Basket screen
2: O-ring for the tube holder
1: O-ring pack

Anyone know of a reputable vendor for a Mobius Side Car? I would like to pair my TM with it.

Medium to coarse grind + fluffy pack → even roast.
Thank you. I will give it a try today. The heater noise threw me for a loop but im already getting use to it. Just glad i had some spare vape parts so I could use with water

I'm using the wooden end of a brush (the one from the Magic Flight Box) to decrease the size and my pinky fingertip to increase the size.

Also looking for ideas on how to remove the screen from the CU for cleaning. I took it apart last night to soak but left the screen in because I didnt feel like messing with it.

Unless you need to change it I recommend not to remove it at all. There's → a video by Vapefiend on YouTube that shows how to remove the screen, but even with that guide I rather stay away from messing with it. I don't even disassemble the cooling unit for cleaning.

That video is actually the reason I thought I would potentially need to remove the screen and why I was looking for a good tool to use lol. I agree though, I'd rather avoid it if possible. Soaked the CU in ISO overnight and it seemed to remove everything.

I also dont want to accidentally push the screen in the CU while trying to increase chamber size. Even trying to use my pinky sketches me out

Oh, that screen is pretty sturdy, so unless you'd have to use brute force, it will be fine. If it seems unwilling to move, breathe into the tube to create some condensation, that will make things work smoother. Usually the cu can be moved effortlessly after a session or two (due to the oils being present then).

Also personally so far (owned & daily use for about a week) I noticed at some point, increasing the load size, it seems as if the load gets too big and it doesn't vape as evenly. It seems to work better to do a couple smaller loads to get the best extraction. The other thing is the draw speed, faster draws seem to lead to an uneven roast. I try to consciously slow myself down a lot, slower speed but longer length.

Good to know! Ive been nervous to put pressure on it. Guess I'll have to stop babying it lol

Go slow and change only one thing at a time. Use a blunt object to move the Cooling Unit within the stem. If stubborn, do as @Siebter says with your own breath. Works for me. If you use a blunt/plastic/wood object long enough (depending on stem, short or long), you can push the CU in either direction. It’s such a flexible vape! I use it natively with the short stem and a simple dome screen to hold flower below the CU and keep a small space between the bottom of the stem and heater screen. I use the tip of my pinky as a light tamper (it’s the only finger that fits, lol). Amazingly simple. Enjoy! :peace:

A .5 inch wooden dowel section should juuust make it in the stem , no? (14mm = .55 inches)

It should push the CU by its outer wall, without pushing on the screen. (this is conjecture, as I don't currently have a .5" dowel to try it with)

instead of my pinky I use a plastic electric wire cap on occasion to tamp or move the CU. Most anything small enough will work. Just don’t use a sharp object or with blunt force.

A few weeks ago I replaced the original red CU orings (after 4 months) with some clear extras provided by The Maker. I think these are thinner than the red ones and my CU tends to slide a bit more now. I ordered what I hope are better/thicker red replacements (on eBay I think) and still waiting for them. I hope these won’t slide as much as the clear ones. Time will tell. :peace:

Milaana. Lana. LANA. LANAAAA! (TM2/TP80/BAK/FW9)
Damn it damn it finally dropped mine last night, sitting on the couch trying to place it on the coffee table and it slipped, crashed down to the wood floor at an angle... Fortunately it is still working fine it seems, however like @Stu my battery connection got pushed down (since battery was in when it fell) so now the lid has to be screwed all the way in to make connection... I had been keeping it only slightly screwed so its easier and quicker to swap cells since I am just at home all the time now. Lucky but still shitty!

I hope there is nothing else wrong with it, seems to work fine, tasted great, potentially the heater was a little louder buzzing but that is hard to say for sure of course... I was also concerned the button got a little pushed in, but it is not stuck or anything, still able to press fine, maybe slightly more difficult? but again hard to tell without comparing... I do want to get a second one at some point, but don't really feel like it's necessary right now aside from my ocd desire for a perfect one...
