The OG 7-fin tips were blunt edged as in the picture above. IIRC the 7-fin tips that George ended up producing in a later run were called 7-fin LE tips and they were sharp edged with an extra spiral cut up the outside of the cooling fins.

Got some issues going on with my new titanium tip I just orderd from dynavap, I'm not getting hardly any airflow with it and I went back to my old tip and its perfect,
Obviously I think I got a defective tip.
Is this something that happens often and what's the best way to handle? Will dynavap replace?

I love the look of the older tips with the blunt edge fins. Wish those were still around.

It's true, the 3rd party market is big, but last time I checked their own site offered a huge selection of accessories including exactly that: wood stems, cases, hand made glass stems, high end bodies, special caps, the Dynacoil etc. – it's not like they offer the devices only. I really love how Dynavap keeps their stuff modular and open too.

Yeh, I guess that since the flag is on the CAP, it will be getting burned each time it is used! Is George making a statement? I hesitate to get political here ... one never knows who the "Trump-Lovers" and who the "Never-Trumpers" are, and each camp is equally passionate and "anti-the-other" (so far apart) that there is little room for debate and compromise. It's so stressful ... praise the soothing herb!

I’ve been playing with the 2020m stainless tip again. I switched it onto a SimRell vortex and put the ti tip on the M body.
after that I started to like the stainless tip a lot more.
its almost like a restrictor disk ( stickybricks) as it’s a lot harder to combust. You get really even roasted AVB.
pits kind of nice to be able to,overcook without worrying so much.
sometimes i forget what tip I’m using and overcook my Ti Tip though! That’s my only issue with using different styles.
pretty much have all I need, probably going to get an Omni stem and a few spare parts for this sale.
was hoping a new omni would be showing up soon
found my first OG glass vapcap the other day, forgot all about that one!
anybody else still have the old glass OG?

Hey, all...just got the word on the BID sale...gotta say, it’s tempting, even though my “collection” is not collected in any meaningful sense. I have a 7-fin floating around somewhere, and an XL condenser and spinning MP that went walkabout more than a year ago. The sandblasted M is my most recent ‘Cap, but I like the new design...the phantom seems nice, too, but I’m not the sort who sticks flags on everything like it’s a battlefield or something.... Still, would love to try the new cap, the new M barrel.
Sadly, I’ve only been using my Omni, because the SS tips will toast a load in a single heat, while I’m stuck trying to make the occasional random eighth last as long as humanly possible, and the TI tip gets me three-four heats per bowl. I should really pay the doctor, though, before I get more vape gear.

I just tried it on a whim. I remember reading somewhere on reddit that the freedom code always works but it's usually for 10% off I think. Hopefully it helps somebody.

I really wanted a back up SS tip and cap, and I have really enjoyed the 2019M tips I've used in the past. I already have a few M bodies, but when the price of the whole M is the same or better than just the tip and cap...
This morning I was down to just the 2019 SS tip and a cap from Dynavap for $47, or another whole M from POTV for $50 total. I decided that fifty bucks on a back up was too much and I would wait for the price to come down in the future. Well, it would be a quite a while if you ever saw them selling one for less than forty bucks. I think I remember PIU having a one hour flash sale on 2017 M's for like 30 or 35 bucks a few years ago. Yes, the c-vaps were cheaper but they were also seconds.
Done. In fact, my hands were jittery as I scrambled for my credit card number in fear they''d be gone before I hit the purchase button.
