Hmmmm... are you sure you have at least one inch of wood in the bottom of the stash? Judging from your picture I'm wondering if you do! Measure twice, drill once! :rockon:

Today im testing for the first time a CBD strain in the vapcap its OG Kush with 5,69% CBD and 0,23% THC it give me a very relaxing effect i like it. In my country are CBD strains legal when they not reach more THC content of 0,3% its really a little bit of a hype here at time and more and more hemp apotheks openings and selling this strains.
Looking forward this can bring hopefully in the future the legalization in my country but with this politics at time it is shit they thinking of prohibit the CBD market the hemp cuttings and the seed market.
Here we can also buy legal THC hemp cuttings and seeds we can not bring the plant's to bloom its forbiden it is illegal than. :doh:

I used a 15mm drill bit. I measured the length of the bit against the length of the stash. I taped the drill bit off to mark the maximum depth. Then I plunged into the stash hole holding the bit tight against the inside side of the hole and pushed the drill back and forth to the tape mark. I did the same on the outside side of the hole making sure the stash is supported against a hard surface. You don't want to put pressure against the increasingly thinner walls. Then to finish the deeper bored out stash hole I used small manual files to smooth it out and gain any extra area to accommodate the Aomai lighter.

It takes a bit of patience and effort.

‘Stashes in hand, but with a lot of trepidation about drilling into a precious ‘Stash, possibly
Ruining it.

Of course there's an alternative to drilling out the wood and that would be going with a potentially less expensive leather pouch to carry your VC, lighter and stash.

@Squiby has kindly displayed hers that she purchased from @Ratchett ...probably in this thread numerous times. A similar style pouch can be purchased at Amazon for considerably less and will accommodate the same content, including the Aomai lighter, that ddave's does.

The fuel tank is small, but there is a window to gauge the level. I keep the flame as low as possible and it lasts for at least a week of vaping throughout the day, every day, so definitely more than 5 capfulls. You might want to buy one first, before you drill, to make sure it is up to your expectations.

My Vapcap pouch was purchased from @Ratchett. It's awesome and can accommodate three things. I carry an XL Vapcap, a doob tube stash and my Aomai lighter in the middle.

Bad of me to say this, I love being in storms.

One time I rented a car and sat thru a passing hurricane on Martha’s Vineyard, many moons ago. Drove
thru “Tornado Alley” midwest of here one summer looking for tornados.

These days I only chase storms when I toke up, hardy VapCap in hand. I couch surf :rofl:on the tv.

Hopefully, we will see the intro of a light, portable μVCIH—should be windproof, and storm proof. :spliff:

How can I get more out of a herb and hash sandwich? I feel that after some time the herb will be almost burning while the hash still keeps on giving, meaning that the herb is tasting bad, but I still have hash to vaporize, but I can’t because otherwise I’ll almost burn the herb.

I had the same experience. Since then, I always vape concentrates (including hash) and weed separately.

By the way: some months ago, a guy in my weed club came to me while I was using my Onmivap to tell me he was looking for a good vape. He also told me he was considering, essentially, the Davinci IQ, the Pax 3 and some Dynavaps (and maybe some other vapes I can't recall right now). We spent a reasonable part of that afternoon talking about the virtues of the Vapcap (namely, he listened to me while I talked for ages) and I let him try my Omnivap a few times. I never saw the guy again until a few days ago. Right after seeing me again, he came to me to show me his (already two months old) dark wood Nonavong: I had successfully brought him to the family! He was super happy about the device and although he hasn't ceased to smoke joints (yet), he is enjoying them less and less every day --so maybe he does not know it, but he is indeed quitting that bad habit--. I'm very happy to have someone else on this wonderful ship of vaping (particularly with a Vapcap). Oh, and before I forget: I had never used an Omnivong and I can definitely tell the difference when comparing it to mine (they perform differently, but neither of them is better than the other).

@alex91 if you perhaps break up or crumble your hash, and alter the ratio of hash/flower
you may get satisfactory outcomes.

Or as suggested, vape them separately. :spliff:

Haven’t seen hash in quite a while, but was promised some come the weekend.

I will have to experiment with mine, as the combo sounds kike a hummer.

I always vape hash by itself. It takes more heat and lasts longer than bud so why try to mix them? Just slice it paper thin with a razor or, if soft, pinch it between your fingers to make a super flat pancake. Pop it into your chamber and heat the cap a couple of seconds past the click.

Vapcaps are fantastic for vaping hash.

I asked about those when I first joined here (because I’m a nerd and have been looking for a reason to get one, plus WINDPROOF) and someone told me it was a bad idea, but I don’t know why. Maybe screw up the metal, hotspots, or electrocution?

Someone with a plasma lighter and no fear of electrocution, please attempt and report your findings?

I've seen that too, with mixed kief, bubble hash, etc.
I just stop earlier and keep the whole ABV for 'snackin'.
It's been decarbed nicely by then and has too much good stuff to toss.

Regular ABV by itself: maybe, maybe not.
But 'fortified' ABV will get you high [takes an hour or so].
Also helps you stay down longer if you tend towards insomnia.
