duff

Well worn
Haven't yet received my Woody TLS and Dynastash XL (Monday) but was wondering how the material stays in the hole when you remove the Vapcap from the Dynastash.

When I would open my old dugout, the pipe would pop out a bit so you didn't have to turn it over.
I don't believe the Dynastash does that.

So it seems like when I tilt the Dynastash to remove the Vapcap, the material would want to fall out.
Say it ain't so!

Because of the way the lid works the vapcap side is closed when the herb side is open & the other way round

I love it it's like finding your soulmate vape:love:

This actually sums up my thoughts on my omni... the function of the vape fulfilled my expectations of why a vaporiser is and how it should work, and then it's down to dressing that mofo to make it look exactly how you feel that it should. Pimp My Vap... this is where vaporisers should be- functions spectacularly, with the ability to dress to individual preferences.... (and bear in mind I did a lot of groundwork looking for a vape that suited my needs). I fucked combustions long before I found Vapcap... but feel I would have fucked Combustion a long time ago if Vapcap had been an option back then.

Bringing vaping to the masses!

What says you @Squiby ?

I think it's about flame power you can't beat it
Your controlling the beast
Battery's just can't compete with the raw energy of the flame
But if you learn to controll the fire it becomes your best friend
No smoke without fire
But vape with fire
And ditch them battery bags of shit
Vapes
It's like discovering the herb for the first time again like when you was a teen and feeling like a rebel in the 80s
But we have moved on and hopefully soon every one can
Buy herb legally and not be treated like. An outsider for there love of a plant
It's truly pethetik that humans are still been stigmatised for this
Wow that omni is so GOOD

I received my omnivap today.... This is my 3rd vapcap, and I am still shocked at how much these guys have been improving. The new tips have even more convection than the tips they had in November, and the engravings look even nicer.

Things that instantly stand out to me:
This thing is way lighter than I expected. I can easily hold it between my lips, no problem.
The tip is very snug in the body, more so than in the wood bodies. I really like this. I feel like I could accidentally sit on this and it would be ok.
The slim body makes it very easy to twist in my fingers compared to the Wong S.
The grooves for the CCD are also deeper, making it easier to position the CCD. THe CCD is also different looking, like it might be better designed to bend than it had been?

I just received my Woody S, and I noticed these same things!

The trouble now is that this new CCD seems to let more fine particles through

Still stoked to be one of the first to get this screen though!

Vapcap OG dressed with the custom stocking my wife generously knit for me. This is my desperate attempt to protect and save my last glass body, the last one out of 5 I had :) And this stocking restricts a draw as well. I do prefer to not play with the carbs.

I now think this DynaVap obsession has gone totally off the rails!

What next, a miniature crib with matching pillow so the DynaVap can sleep well at night?

(Note to self: order another OmniVap in the morning before they're all gone!)

When you consider the newest style TI tips the VapCap has got so good it is unreal. There isn't a vape on the market that i have tried that comes close to extracting hard hash like bubble or even kief like the VapCap.

The vapor is so damn smooth considering the short vapor path. The new tips have exceeded every expectation i have for the VC.

Does anyone have a good technique for when the o rings on the Ti tip keep slipping/shifting during reassembly, making it impossible to put the tip and body together... I had some good results with Olive oil earlier, but now no lubricant will work...

SS or Ti?

Well we have had Ti CCDs for a while. The first batch looked just like the SS ones. This time I thought I would change things up a bit. It seemed like there was room for improvement, and I also wanted to be able to visually differentiate between the two.

So here they are.

Original on the left and new design on the right.
The new design is shipping with all titanium tip units as of last week. I am aiming for some additional functionality as well, but for now let's just see how these work.

Cheers,

George

I've been using my wax/oil wood finish as a lube when putting the tip back in the wood the tiniest of smears. I've found if you keep it all in line rather than wiggle, give it a firm straight push it will go in no bother and you can feel as each O ring goes past the edge of the wood.

Dug a little deeper and found this gem!

Thank you phattpiggie, now I can get back to enjoying my new toy :ko:

I've had my Omni for about a week now and I am really enjoying the improvements over my OG. Smoother draw, better taste, and beautiful medium brown ABV. The difference between the thermal properties of glass vs. Ti become quite apparent when comparing the two side by side.

Only thing that sucks is that I can't use my Omni with my Evo like I could with the OG unit. That will no longer be as big of a deal once I get my induction thingie from @Pipes, so I'm looking forward to that.

Overall I must say that I'm really impressed by the OmniVap. Well done, George.

One thing I've found is you can stick them in hot water for a min and then immediately dip in cold to help them gain their orignal shape. Best thing I've found is a little VG or PG to help those o-rings that just will not fall in line. At least that's been my work around. Good luck

What body do you guys think puts the least wear on the tip o-rings?

I want to have two separate tips one for weed and one for cbd isolate. My plan is to have the weed tip pre packed and stored in my dynastash and then swap the tips as needed. I don't know if the o rings will hold up with a wooden body though.

 Veri Nize on the DY logo CCD, @VapCap!

George, here's a spin of your idea.
An option for customized CCDs, perhaps to match one's custom caps, or
just to say

"Unique, this".:2c::peace::nod:

I've noticed that wood bodies can be more tight than a carbon or titanium one. With the previous gen tips wood bodies was terribly hard to fit, but now they fit nicely without twisting in all my bodies (titanium, glass and burl), but the wood is offering the more resistance of all.

If that's really a concern, aim for a titanium or carbon bodies, tolerances will be more tight ;)

My previous gen tip wich is dedicated to concentrates, has no signs of deterioration. The orings on this tips are 8 months old, I switch between two tips regularly through the day and I'm primarily using the carbon body.
For now the originals orings are still in a perfect condition, they spare friends are kindly waiting :D
