Any Canadians experience customs delays recently? I placed my order from puffitup three weeks ago, and the USPS site won't even tell me if the package has gotten to the border (you'd think they could at least keep track of that; I don't expect them to track it into Canada).

I generally try to avoid ordering products from the US specifically because of customs, however the price on the Solo was so good that I couldn't resist. Three weeks later though, and I'm regretting my decision. It's no fault of puffitup - they assure me that it shipped right away, and I believe them. It's just idiotic customs delays.

(Now that I've posted this, I'm sure it'll arrive on Monday. That's how these things work, right? )

edit: I should add that I've spoken with puffitup, and they've been very friendly and helpful. They're looking into it from their end to see if they can determine where it might be, and will be getting back to me.

Any other Canadians that can comment on PuffItUp's shipping speed to Canada? My Solo is currently marked as "Processed through USPS Sort Facility" but no updates for a several days. Any guesses on the estimated shipping time to BC?

We ship to Canada every day and the shipping times seem to range a lot depending on the area, we would love your feedback about how long the shipping takes so we can give more accurate time quotes to people before they buy.

Also it is common for tracking to stop updating at "Processed through USPS sort Facility" Usually this is in Los Angeles which is a popular customs hub which means the next stop should be CA

Reading FC is usually the first thing we do before selling any vaporizer, and we link a lot of customers to specific threads if they ever want more info on something because the FC crowd usually knows more about specific vaporizers than the manufacture do.

Just about everything said on the Puffit thread is accurate and there are a few things that could be improved IMO. One thing that bugs me on some of the newer vapes is you can't replace the battery. Personally, I like the puffit because as a long term chemo patient I only need a few small hits before a meal and it is a lot easier to pull out a Puffit and take a hit that has low visibility vapor and little smell. If you are looking for massive clouds in a portable then a Solo is really the best option, and of corse the Magic Flight is my personal favorite.

Also, we consider selling vaporizers a privilege and always want everyone to be happy with their order. That is why we are happy to pay return shipping on any order you are not happy with. In the Puffit thread it mentions the new "Spring Enhancement Thingie" which gives stronger hits. That sounds pretty cool but not the paying for it part, so if anyone has already purchased a Puffit from us, send me a email and I will be happy to send you a free one (they arrive Tuesday)

Wow that has been there since September, glad one of us can read There is also a spelling error that has been on the front page of our website since 2010, we caught it right away but left it on there as one of our many hidden eggs in the website

planning to buy the solo when i get my prepaid tmrw, do you guys know what the estimated wait time is for shipments to winnipeg?

Was less than 7 days (weekend included) to Ontario. Figure a week/week and a half?

due to work i had to quit for a while, been combusting and began. to miss vaping. . . . didnt have the heart to ask for my ud or lb back, see, I placed them in loving foster homes whan i stopped. placed my order today, solo on the way. hopefully i made the right choice, only time will tell.

Randy and the pui staff do it again! I wanted a solo but instead of the pui grinder I wanted a 2pc space case, the emailing seemed a lil slow so I just ordered and thought to myself I'll just try the pui grinder.when randy got back to me I told him and he added the sc to my order for no additional charge :-) that's great customer service! Keep in mind I ordered Thursday afternoon, I live in NYC.....what do u know my package came early this morning and gets better, I open it and not only did he add the sc he sent me a pui 4pc grinder too. Randy is a hell of a guy, quite the gentleman in my book.
