Why don't manufacturers perform burn offs

I know there are a lot of different theories on burnoffs, like @Vitolo who does little or none, to others who are more OCD (like myself) that may do a few too many. If we are vaping for health reasons, shouldn't we expect to grab a vape straight out of the box and not be worried about manufacturing oils present. I want manufacturers to perform the burnoff (no 2 vapes are the same) since they know their product inside and out. If Boundless performed this on Tera, they might have realized something wrong before launching.

Any thoughts?

They don't care, it's all for profit.
You are correct about many, I fear... especially new vapes that pop up out of nowhere.
But I do not believe that they all don't care.
There are manufacturers that are in it for the patients.
While in different hands now, the company Herbalizer was always about purity, and sent out all units ready to rock. There are other Makers also that are there for pure reasons.... like "purity itself... with little or no air path, and clean heat source.
