    sorry about your bad experience man! i can say i've just bought my second vaporizer at Vaposhop, a gooboof Alfa. what can i say? again, fast shipping (less than 48 hrs!), perfect package, i am 100% satisfied. i also took advantage of the FC discout and got 10% off! i couldn't be a happier customer.

    So sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. It turns out that one of the items was out of stock at the moment we received your order. We did email you about this, did you recieve this email? (perhaps it somehow ended up in your spam folder?)

    As we just received a new shipment, we've sent out your order today and it should arrive in 2-3 days. I've included a small gift to compensate for the waiting time. Thanks for letting us know about this issue!

    Hi,
    I'm an european new customer and my Pax2 is now in travel from Vaposhop. I sadly got a fake one some times ago from a bad webshop based in my country, and Pax Pro's service helped me out to definitively spot it. So I'm here for two reasons:

    1- beware of the fakes guys! They are everywhere and some are pretty well made. A preventive check? Verify before the purchase (ask for a photo) if the Pax2 is trademarked "2015 Pax Labs Inc" on the back of the sliding box. My previous (and many others that I saw around the web) was marked "2015 Ploom Inc" but Ploom doesn't exist anymore or, anyway, does not produce the Pax2!

    2- I feel a little confused about the Warranty: Pax Pro's says that Vaposhop is not an "authorized partner", so they cannot honor the warranty for items purchased there. Sure they also confirm that you are selling the original one, and in my opinion your service seems great... and that's why I've chosen Vaposhop. But my question is: what kind of warranty Vaposhop provides for the Pax2?

    First of all, thank you for your purchase and confidence in us, it is appreciated.

    The PAX 2 and warranty (and authorized reseller) story is a bit complicated, and I won't get into too much detail here. However, rest assured you are receiving an authentic unit (as confirmed by PAX) and that we will honour the 10 year limited warranty ourselves - under the same conditions as the manufacturer.

    I think I can well understand your... vaporous position, as much as I cannot understand Pax Pro's wary position..!
    Anyway, all I want is to be a happy customer, and to have a safe reference for my future purhases... so It's great to have the confirm of your professionality and kindness.

    Err, somehow I missed the notification for your message, so sorry for the delayed response!

    We're currently awaiting new stock of the Evo - so I would advice to wait with placing your order until those are in. I don't have an arrival date yet, as I believe there's been a bit of delay with the glass at the manufacturer.

    Seems not. But I tried the code with new vapes as well and seems like VAPOBUST is no longer working.

    thank you for your service and congratulations for the progress made on your site during this year. Not only the best and latest vapes (VapCap!? Ordered the OG... hope to see more... more!), but also a support that can be even better than the one from manufacturers. And in the last months you added the best accessories on the market, like the NewVape stuff..! I've been a fan of NewVape even before buying my first vaporizer, a Pax2, and it's great to have the possibility to order their quality stuff comfortably in europe... nice shot!
    I'm proud to say that I brought many smoking sinners to your temple... but if they're still loyal and happy it's for your comfortable, flawless service.
