    Tried it right now, website says it s expired. Before the Weekend it was working as expected / always...

    Most vapes with this type of charger or adapter in our assortment come with a 220v (Europlug, not UK!) plug. As most portable vaporizers are now charged via USB, this only applies for a small number of vapes. Feel free to let me know which model you are looking into, so I look it up for you!

    Shipping does indeed take between 1 and 3 business days - depending on the time ordered and location in the UK. Shipping is generally quite fast as offer (free) express delivery.

    One last question. Does it come with the 10 year manufacturers warranty?


    EDIT: In fact. States on the Pax website that it is a 10 year manufacturers warranty. Placed the order and look forward to getting it - hopefully by this weekend :clap:

    Are all the Mightys you have then EU plugs @VapoShop? I wanted a UK one after the FC discount i am tempted but you are just pipped a little by another retailer. What would you suggest to get a UK plug i doi not want to use an adapter.

    Our Mighty stock comes with a Europlug. You may be able to grab a UK plug from Storz and Bickel, see https://www.storz-bickel.com/eu/en/store/mighty-power-adapter.html. A simple (inexpensive) adapter plug will also work fine however.

    Just a first Feedback, my first order at Vaposhop:

    Contact by Mail: Very friendly and helpful, answer took a bit longer than expected

    Shipping: Mega Ultra Fast! I ordered yesterday afternoon, free priority shipping and it is already there. I don t live in the Netherlands, so this international shipping was faster than any national i had :-)

    Discount: I used the FC Code and had 10% discount which is pretty fair

    Only negative: I had a friendly mail contact and asked for a little additional discount as i want to order th Herborizer TI also. They told me that there would probably not be much more possible but that they could ask the Managment if the Price is a big obstacle for me.
    I really dig this answer so i thought f*** it, and just ordered.
    A few hours later i see that the Omnivap is now reduced 20 Euros on the Website....

    I wrote you a mail already and hope to get the reduced price too, will post the result here.

    Regarding the discount you mentioned; our customer support staff is not always up to date about upcoming promotions (on the OmniVap in this case), if they were they would surely have pointed this out to you so you could benefit from that! I will make a note to see how we can improve this.

    today arrived my first order yo vaposhop ,really fast delivery it was dispatched the same day of my order. my boundless cf came in perfect condition and well packed i did not email to them because the same day of my order i had all the info from them (very professional of them ) for sure i will by again from them

    Since I've already mentioned the problem through an e-mail, got a positive answer but at the end no results after a long time... here is the only thing I'm disappointed with VapoShop service:
    the website don't save my cart content... it's a small but very annoying issue. I'm not a compulsive customer and I like to build my order with the time.
    Furthermore, an highlighted green box appears at my log-in and say that "the content of a previous visit have been added to my cart"... but the cart is empty.
    :argh:

    Happens only to me?

    @ander I'm sorry to hear about that! Our programmer is looking into this and we will do our best to resolve this in a future website release. It's not an issue I've seen before and so I may PM you and ask for some more information later if that's OK!

    Again, apologies for the trouble and thank you for the heads up, things like these are very helpful for us to know!

    The last order I made (I'm in France) was delivered by a provider that I absolutely do not recommend.
    To summarize the delivery is free, BUT the service provider calls you to arrange a delivery appointment and you are obliged to remind them (I had to do it two or three times) on a number of course paying and surcharged. I cannot remember the name of this provider (pretty unknown, but I can find it) but from now on I will avoid dealing with them (just like Colissimo).

    Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately it's been quite challenging to find reliable shipment companies when it comes to deliveries to France. We've changed our shipment agency several times but it hasn't been easy to find a forwarder that works for most regions in the country without delays, packages gone missing, etcetera.

    Can you please PM me your order number? I would like to find out which company was used prior, so we can look into this. Thanks - and our sincere apologies for the trouble.

    For some time many services are down. Some do not want to deliver in some places, others steal packages. Difficult to find a service of trust. With the internet deliveries multiply, but the costs are always revised downwards. I even filed a complaint against Colissimo. To date the only ones with which I have not had any problem here are DPD and UPS, "La Poste" remains a confidence, but Colissimo no longer belongs to "La Poste" as before, have been subtracting companies..
    If it can help you my order was VP075865, was an OG Vapcap as you were one of the first having it in Europe.
    The only difficulty was related to this distributor, for the rest your service was top :tup:

    Later news: ordered on Friday night, confirmed the order over the weekend. On Monday the package was sent to DHL and i received it today. The package was transported via car, not via plane. I guess this is the economical option.

    Maybe this is a nice to have on the website: possibility to pay 5-10 euros more to send the order by plane.

    In the past i had ordered several things from across the globe via DHL and usually they were arriving by plane from Netherlands.

    The downside of car transport is that there are packages for several countries in the same car which causes multiple stops to drop off those packages in different sorting facilities.
