I have 3 VB products (Palm 2.0, VB 2.0, and 2 Pros) and any time I've had an issue they fixed it promptly without any issue. They fixed my Palm and Pro for free and even sent me back 2 extra batteries for the Palm (nice surprise). Strange others have struggled. They answered my emails and even answered the phone when I called.
I don't think I have a Vape I can say more good things about than the Pro. And the VB 2 has the best flavor, just thinner clouds unless on high.
