It's national Negroni week. A Negroni is a drink made with equal parts gin, campari, and sweet vermouth. I usually do 2 measured ounces each over a large ice cube.
If you're in downtown Orlando, Citrus Restaurant on N.Orange Ave. is donating half of their profits from sales of their barrel aged Negronis to Florida Little Dog Rescue.

Campari and soda with a twist is one of my favorite summertime drinks. Haven't met many people who like it much less know what it is, lol...
