If you don't live in the United States, don't buy a Hopper. You will get eaten alive on international shipping costs for every warranty request you have to fill out. I received mine on October 7th and I'm on my 3rd (I technically call it 3rd and a half).
1. Oct. 10th: Red light never turns blue then instead goes dark and does not heat up. Also lost ability to charge afterwards.
2. Oct. 17th: Body replaced. New body works, but still does not charge.
3. New charger received a few weeks later due to my own procrastination. Still does not charge.
4. Tonight: blue and red lights off death.
Thank God I have an external charger! A lot of good that does me now though .
Edit: oh, and I should add I live in California. I'm just saying...
However, when it works, it works great! I'll give them that. Hopefully they can get some venture capital to fix the QA and streamline production.
