    Just dropping by to say thanks. ordered some solo accessories. got shipping upgraded for free. ordered some screens too, wasn't what i was expecting but PV quickly sent me new ones. these guys are awesome and i would highly recommend PlanetVape to everyone looking for quality vapes and accessories.

    Hello All,
    I broke down and ordered my Solo from PlanetVape on Thursday 3/1/12 and it was in my hands on 3/5/12 which i think is crazy fast considering there was a weekend thrown in there!!! I will say that i am very happy with PlanetVape's customer service. i contacted them today cause after unboxing the solo i noticed two things.....
    1) i did not get the travel caps i the website said was supposed to be included
    2) i noticed that my solo (which is the black model) had a white scuff on the bottom like it was dropped.
    I am not too concerned with the cosmetics as long as the unit works (and it does) but i did want to make them aware. the CSR i was chatting with apologized about the missing caps and said he would send some out today. he asked what i wanted to do about the scuff mark. again as long as it works i don't care but since he was sending such a small order in the mail i asked if he might include some screens. he said he would throw some in. now thats good customer service, and i appreciate that.

    just wanted to tell PlanetVape and everyone else how much i appreciate good customer service and that i would defiantly use them again in future purchases.

    I want to give a big thanks to everyone at planetvape, they helped me out with a shipping issue I was having with another site, and they threw in some free screens with my order as well.
    The oversize screens i got were perfect for doming, and they fit in my new GonG stems very well.

    I'm loving the GonG stems, and hitting both my solos at the same time with the Y adapter is pretty :brow:

    Wow..... even after stating I wasn't concerned about the stem screens being too small, and not to worry about sending me better/proper ones.... PV actually took the time to send out some replacements in the mail with a hand written note apologizing for the experience and with hopes what was included in the mailing would please me.

    Unheard of, and definitely beyond the norm, customer service !!

    I just got my stealth adapter and have to say PV has done a good job with the quality of it. I've used it as whip style with tubing and it works well. I ordered on a Saturday night and You guys shipped my order on that Sunday and I have to say I've very impressed with that. That is practically unheard of in this industry of online retailers. I used used your live support and they were very helpful and friendly. You do go above and beyond in customer service but I am not a satisfied customer and probably won't order here again. And I'll tell you why.

    The shipping experience. I ordered 3 stems including stealth, small plastic caps and the tiny screens. Pretty small order right? The shipping was 6 bucks out of 42 dollar order. (Small packet surface) And that is cheapest method of shipping. I live near Chicago and Toronto is only 500 miles away from here or a 9 hour drive. So you think it wouldn't take took long. Wrong. It took being shipped on the 26th to just arriving today march 9 or 10 Full business days.

    I bought this as a early birthday present so I would plan on getting it time for my birthday which was exactly 5 business days from when they shipped. I wanted to show off the solo at my birthday party but my birthday came and went and nothing. I ordered 2 stems because the originals broke so I couldn't use my solo at all for weeks. It took another 5 full days before it came. Now I understand it has to cross the border but still it was way too long. I could understand it taking 10 business days if i lived in Germany and you had to ship it around the world but that's not the case. Maybe PV should look into a different company for shipping for US based customers since 10 days for just going not far over the border is ridiculous.



    I will order from a US based competitor from now on because shipping is fast and either free (no minimum order price) or really low price. I know shipping companies that will give you a tracking number (which PV shipping company didn't have even have) for less than 5 bucks and ship it 2000 miles in 4 to 5 days.

    5/5 for product
    5/5 for customer service.
    0.000001/ 5 for shipping.

    Oh and I agree with everyone when they say the the screens are too small (fallout and hard to handle for the solo

    Sorry to hear you were not happy with your shipping experience. We do wish the carriers available to us had less expensive and faster options with tracking for a lower price. USPS is the fastest and most economical shipping into the US and more importantly, no duties, taxes or surcharges like other carriers charge. You chose the most economical and slowest shipping method they offer which stated 8-11 business days when you placed your order, if you required the order in 5 days, Expedited would have been a better choice.

    We do ship on Sundays as a benefit to our customers, but USPS only counts business days as Mon-Fri and any orders that arrive on and get shipped on a weekend, USPS counts Monday as the pick up date and Tuesday as the first business delivery day, which would make your delivery 9 business days according to postal terms. We do agree with you about the time it takes the postal service to deliver a package only 9 hours away, 9 days. We routinely ship to the UK, that same package would have cost about 2.00 more, but taken less time to travel a much greater distance.

    If you know of a less expensive and faster shipping method for small parcels, that don't charge customs fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges than USPS, please contact us directly as we would gladly use their services.

    We are not sure which charger we will be carrying, but the batteries we will be selling will be AW IMR 18350 and 18650. There is currently a worldwide out of stock on these bad boys, we have been assured today that they will start shipping March 19
