What was I saying?

Steve (off camera): "Will the hit be as good as the Omicron?"
Vito: "Oh easily.. I can heat this higher so I can produce much thicker vapor!"
Steve (off camera): "Is that camera recording us?"
Vito: "yes, but don't worry, I will remove the voice track when I put the video together"

Thanks PV for the quick service. I ordered a gong stem, pvhes bent, and a keck clip on Tue, and showed up yesterday. I haven't tried the pvhes yet, but the gong works wonders. My only gripe is the channels cut into the pvhes are not perfect, one is 3/16 out of level. It doesn't affect functionality(I think), I think its more the anal retentive tile guy(rip Phil H) being to picky.

havealight101, glad you are liking the GonG. The PVHES stems are now cut on a custom made glass saw to better deal with the exacting specs. of the detailed work we require for them to work.

You will be happy to know about our very close to release PVHEGonG adapters, they are a hybrid between a PVHES stem and our Solo GonG adapters... giving you the best of both in a single compact adapter.

I'm excited too! Will work great with the little Bubbler I bought from you guys which I'm really enjoying hooked up to my Extreme by the way as well as is fun playing around with on my Solo with the non-PVHES GonG adapter.

I have the same complaint as havealight101 from above concerning the PVHES stems not being perfect as far as the cuts and the finish (little cut on the inside of the bowl on one, a little slip I guess cutting it, and other imperfections). Still much rather have them then not and I'm happy with them as well even with the imperfections! (Just the obsessive side of me speaking :-)

Also excited for whatever herb attachment is finally released for the Persei by the way as well as for when you guys start carrying the Pax assuming it lives up to the initial hype.

I've been trying to use my regular gong stem because I like how it fits the solo on my piece, but the air flow is so much better I keep switching to the longer PVHES stem, and having to balance the solo on a longer stem... it's awkward but such an improvement in over all use. I sure hope the gong stem and the purple omicron are ready at the same time, I don't want to miss out on the gong stem waiting for the omi. Crossing fingers...

Meant to pop in here to say I had amazing service from PV recently on some Omicron cartridges. No customs charges, Cheesy Doritos packaging (yum), and most amazingly I ordered on a Monday evening and had them arrive in Scotland on Thursday morning. Somewhere around 5000 miles travelled in 60 something hours- that's averaging over 80mph the whole way!!! (and the last rural leg here would be very slow. The customs man must've been working well too.) All for the princely shipping sum of $8.97. That has to be some kind of record.

It's because PV is awesome, simple as that! I can't even believe companies like this exist!

JCat, glad you are enjoying your Solo GonG adapter and PVHES stems. Some of our first run PVHES Turbos had a mark on them from the tool used to cut out the turbo hole exactly as you guessed. We have now switched to a hot melt process, which should give a smoother finish with no chance of scratches.

WatTyler, we never did the math before, but yeah averaging over 80mph the whole way is pretty amazing really and that includes time spent in customs clearance. Customs processing times are the big difference in countries that take 2 weeks or a few days. Thanks for sharing your experience.

During checkout you'll see 4 shipping options listed in order of delivery speed, Expedited will say free beside it, but you need to select it otherwise you get the default shipping, which is not the free, fast Expedited shipping.
