So he thought he was getting smoke? Must have been a huge hit. Even then......

No, this is a one man log vape factory recovering from a more successful than anticipated initial launch. If you can't wait buy something else, but 3 bitchin' posts about it are enough.

Actually, I just talked to Ace and he reset the coupon, so I'll choosing the E-Nano without a doubt.

Hey Blazed, when you say he reset the coupon, does that mean we can still get the E-Nano + EV2 for $299? If so, that's a heck of a deal, and would allow you to at least get your fingers on the EV2 right away, followed by a nice E-Nano treat a month later?

No I believe he just reset it so I could get 15% off the nano + accessories, put me at about $170 with the all glass GonG. Figuring i'm just going to wait on it. Is the EV2 a larger more powerful version of the nano? because if it's just a little bigger I might go for it.

Ya it's bigger, and I think more powerful and has a bigger bowl. Dude, if you can get the kit with gong for $170, I think I want your preorder lol The deal was $175 (it's $176 now but whatever), plus all glass roasting tube (not gong) instead of the stock one. I like your deal better, but i'm sure Ace will chime in to clear up any confusion.

i believe it comes with the roasting tube on the Nano, I'm not sure as far as the EV2 goes, but I'd really like whatever is going to give me the larger hits, plus the inside is also all glass I believe?

Yes, EV2 has a glass airpath and the Nano is SS & ceramic. The EV2 glass is not accessable for cleaning by the user, so it's not like an LSV where you can remove the heat shield and ISO wash it.

EV2 will give you bigger hits IMO but they have more air:vapor ratio than the Nano. The EV2 bowl (18mm GonG adapter) is a larger bowl size than the Nano, but not by much. So you don't have to reload as much but more stirring is required. Positives and negatives to every vape.

Is cleaning of it necessary since the material is outside the machine?

IMO it depends on how you use it. You will always be inserting the 18mm male joint into the EV2's 18mm female end. Will that male end always be 100% clean? Nope.

I invert mine for use with my glassware 99% of the time.

But I could see this being a problem if you only used the elbow joint supplied with the EV2 in a "downward" manner. In this case there is the possibility of particulate matter coming through the screen. While this may be extremely minimal for a single bowl, multiply that over years of use and there could be a maintance issue. I have not seen this reported with an EV2 but after owning 7th Floor products for years it seems inevitable (it's why I switched from my original VB to a SSV, the angle of the wand when inserted)

For instance, after a year of use my LSV had a very nice "ring of resin" around the top of the glass joint. I always used my LSV inverted so no particulate matter could collect in the vape, but it's still going to happen. Easy clean in ISO. Or if particulate matter is collecting on the glass heat shield itself. There is no way to easily clean this in an EV2.

Edit: Oops, I didn't realize what thread I was in. We can take this discussion to the EV2 thread.

I also invert my Nano every time I use it; glassware or direct draw.

I also have been able to set my cart up with the same deal as Blazed, except I'm getting the regular GonG. Now, I just have to wait for that direct deposit to show up. :)

I was not able to get that $299 deal for both, FWIW. Couldn't afford it anyway.

Really looking forward to this guy. Think it'll complement my UD quite well...

No, visually. He was amazed by how dense the hits were. I wish I had filmed it, was really funny when he exhaled and the vapor just kept coming... and coming... and coming.

Aye I get the same thing with my Solo stems, and I clean mine regularly too.

BnC...you'll be glad you got on the list now...the wait is only going to be longer. I jumped on the HI immediately because I could see it was going to be special and I only waited two weeks...you know how that wait is now. I think the same demand is going happen for this product.

Good luck, Andy!

Agreed. Maybe if I'd stop plugging the product to everyone I know

Can anyone vouch for the nano being superior to the EV-2? I'm getting a lot of mixed opinions. The heat up/time size isnt any of my concern. It would probably be sitting next to my couch/moved up to my bedroom at night. Im hearing that the EV-2 is about as 1/3rd as efficient, in that it takes 3 times the material to fill the ev-2 bowl in comparison one nano stem. Also that the temp control will really help me get all of the good stuff out of my bud. The whip GonG connection seems like it would give thicker hits for the bong but I dont see why I couldn't add silicone tubing to the nano. Decisions -_-

I think you're over-thinking this.

I'm a very indecisive person. I just don't want buyers remorse. I'm pretty much set on the nano, i'm on the list, I just want to evaluate all the specs and make an educated decision. Because as I said, its going to be difficult for me to justify another purchase anytime soon.

I gotta get situated, ring for my girl, some more furni, medi card, and some grow goodies, I've been hunting around for vapes for a while, started at SSV/DBV, moved to LSV/VHW, then portables PAX,Cera,XP, and now I've finally settled on a log vape. Portable will be next in 3-4 months. Im a little ocd on this shit

Having gone threw the same thing as you, wishing maybe or wanting to buy the EV-2, instead of the E-Nano, I can tell you I am 100% pleased with my decision to go with the E-Nano. It's great. It's definitely a heavy hitter. I love the all glass stem.

Yep, totally worth the wait. In spite of my bitching and complaining :D when everyone was getting theirs before me.

just cause funds are limited for me... i jumped on the HI waiting list a couple weeks back. i am hoping in the 6 to 12 months it will take for my name to get to the top of the list my bank account will be right.

if i had the funds available now... the Nano would be a great choice that i would jump on (and still may down the line)

Lovin it. Very very similar to my UD but with waaaay more options. Still haven't dialed it in perfect but I'm very pleased. New favorite thing about this vape is the all glass stem. Feels like a one hitter. Never liked stems in my UD. Been hittin the all glass stem a ton tonight. Wonderful accessory. Here's some milks for y'all!!!
