Improvements i'd like to see.

Fine screen to keep small particles from getting through diffuser holes.

The digger-outer doesent reach the end of the titanium tip.

The wooden mouthpiece is a bit chipped. Otherwise love the TI/Woody so far...

Looks like you are really enjoying it :tup:
Is that George's Fat Mouthpiece what you are using to attach the TiWoodie and the UFO?

The mouthpiece is a thinner MP. Very playable. It came with my first og vapcap. So far I recognize 3 different mouthpieces. The one I'm using fits all vapcaps easily. The others not so well depending on glass or wood mouthpiece.

This is the best setup I've found for UFO, dual carb Ti glassy w/glass condenser tube.

GREAT idea Quint!
They look an almost perfect size.

Are these the wicks in question?:

Thanks!

P.S. Any chance of 'after' shots of the bowl and wicks?

These are indeed the wicks.

These have been through about half a gram of shatter, still mostly saturated in oil. The flavor is spectacular at first then evens out to a pretty good taste. The cleaner the screen the better. I have some titanium screen material ordered which will hopefully help keep the amazing flavor longer.

@marduk I think he means with the carb hole covered.

Even with this set up you can adjust the flow by pushing the condenser into the mouthpiece** and not pushing the mouthpiece** on all the way. The fatty mp fits on nice and snug.

EDIT: can't do speak

Seriously jealous of your vapcap collection

I feel like this vape continues to evolve far too rapidly for my comfort. I need to step away for a bit and enjoy my Titanium Woodie and watch the chaos unfold.

In the meantime I think I'll start to play with my own 3D printed concepts to make use of my existing Titanium Vapcap components.

Can anyone tell me what size are the orange O-Rings? I need to buy some more before this first set breaks on me!

Someone asked about the air-temp of the Omni - perfectly manageable. Even when the carb is completely closed and you're pulling hard, it's nothing more than a warm breathe coming through the condenser. I've yet to try it without the condenser but I'm going to soon (no mouthpiece, either, just to see how small I can make this badboy. :D).

@VapCap Have you thought about a small sleeve/slide-over for the carb so those inclined can fully close and keep the carb closed while they're pulling? I love the ability to feather but cigar-puffing JJ Vaprams is one of the greatest vapor-related experiences I've ever had! :D

EDIT: Tried without the condenser/mouthpiece - not optimal but when you use the black mouthpiece slid over the body closing the carb it makes for an even more compact VapCap experience!

It may seem chaotic due to the breakneck speed at which things upgrade, but everything seems to be part of George's ultimate plan (outside of having sold himself short on his estimated quarterly vapcap sales previously).

What an intense few days this has been!
Many good things coming together. I am finally putting the pieces in place to allow for better and faster production. I hope to have almost all of the current VapCap orders out this week.

There are actually 50 VapCaps in this box.

The Ti Woodies are lagging a bit behind as they are more special, and require some extra special parts and a bit of TLC to put together.
I have some good news though. I was hoping for this, but wasn't sure if I could pull it off, but it seems to have worked out fine. The XL condenser and mouthpiece kit does fit onto original VapCaps, and rather well at that. This configuration allows for some mid range functionality improvements as well dressing it up a bit. Oh and just to alleviate any concern, the length doesn't change and it will fit into both the airtight tubes and the DynaStash or DynaStashER in either configuration.

So in addition to the much nicer looking mouthpieces, they also spin freely which makes it easier to rotate while heating. In addition to this, the position of the centering O-ring can be adjusted to partially restrict the air/vapor ratio port allowing for a set it and forget it arrangement and hands free operation during extraction. :)
I think we will call it the VapCap S (Spin or special)

Also, after much thought and deliberation, I will be offering a 4$20 special. I will offer a VapCap 4 $20 all day on 4-20 This will only be available on 4-20 and the price will return to normal on 4-21. To keep this simple my 4-20 special will begin at midnight where I live in Wisconsin Central Standard Time and continue until my clock reads 4-21. This offer is also good for anyone of my awesome customers who are patiently waiting for their goodies. You may add a VapCap 4 $20 to any existing un-shipped order. I will have an add to existing order option in the shop.

I very much appreciate all the support I have received here for the development and release of the VapCap.

Cheers,

George

I wandered around my local hardware store and found several different items which make terrific mouthpieces....the first were rubber gaskets. These have a nice split down the middle and you can hold the thing in your teeth....the second were rubber compression plugs with holes in them. In Ace and TruValues these are found in those little gray drawers they have...search around. It is worth having a good mouthpiece.

So I managed to break two o-rings on my omnivap. One on the mouthpiece and the one at the air adjustment on the condenser. If anyone knows the size of those it would be awesome. Either way I'll check the store at some point today to get this thing up and running again.

Is the special for just the original Vapcaps or will the Vapcap S be discounted at all also?

Looking to buy a VapCap S (includes XL condenser and mouthpiece kit). What is the difference (parts, user experience, efficiency, taste, etc.) between the VapCap S and the TI Glassy? Is the TI Glassy worth an extra $15? Do both work the DynaStash?

I've been trying to read through this thread to determine the difference, if any, of the S and original..

From what I get, if you're referring to the Omnivap, I think the main difference than the original and wooden is the adjustable airflow and being sturdier but .

Here's my take:

The Vap Cap S includes the original all glass Vap Cap (with a glass condenser and rubber mouthpiece), as well as the recently launched XL Condenser kit with wood mouthpiece. This allows you to have two configurations; the original all glass Vap Cap or you can remove the rubber mouthpiece and glass condenser and insert the steel XL Condenser with the wooden mouthpiece. These can be purchased separately for $55. If you like this configuration, you save $5 by buying the Vap Cap S.

The Ti Glassy has a titanium tip (bowl), a regular steel condenser, a glass sleeve (body) and no mouthpiece.

They should both fit the dynastash and the plastic storage tubes.

Please, anyone correct me if I am mistaken.

How does the titanium tip (TI glassy/woody) compare to the original Vapcap tip? Does one have better taste, heatup, capacity, effeciency, coolness, or something else?

And what's the difference between having the condenser vs just original Vapcap? :p

This was the main thing I was trying to find today.

Is it just for easier cleaning purposes and so the actual glass doesn't heat up as much?

Tissues out 2:43 VC porn anyone???? I pushed this one with regard to heat and cycles. Very dark leftovers. I could have skipped the last one.

Edit it plays right ways up honest.
Fuck me that thing makes some CLOUDS! Way more than I expected and quite frankly, more than maybe I want?..I'm part of the "visible vapor is wasted vapor" camp. Although I don't mind when there is wispy vapor exhaled.

Still getting one tomorrow though cuz why not with that great deal!

That's what I thought after having a look on the website aswell. If I'm not mistaken buying them separately tomorrow will work out even cheaper at $45

Tempted to grab a dynastash too but I might have to buy it another day, plus I'd be gutted if I put a big nasty scratch in it

All the Vapcaps have condensers. The OG has a glass one and it's probably the most fragile part. The Tis and Omni have steel condensers. The outer air channel brings in fresh air, as long as the carb is open, which picks up vapor at the cap then travels through the condenser to your mouth. As it passes over the outside of the condenser it is also cooling it.
