Every time you post a picture of a new stem I want it. I know you have a long waiting list though. This one is beautiful. I'm also looking forward to getting the pink one from Matt. I'm waiting until the M rush is over to ask when it's being shipped since it's paid for already.It's like a feeding frenzy in here.
@PeteSeattle good to see you back, shame about the tip it was a piece of DV history.
M may be for metal in the @VapCap world but today in the shed it was for Mokume.
M3 Cobaltium, Lava and Blackwood. No wax applied yet.

@MinnBobber I believe it was an email invite promo for anyone that had previously purchased from the dynavap store. Otherwise it is on offer for $40, which isn't much more and is still a steal! Or is it steel?

Are you sure that there will be a comparable sale on 4/20? Otherwise you might want to consider going for this one. The M is not only a great beginner vape but, since it's modular, just a great and affordable part of the dynavap catalogue.After some extra tips and feedback from dearest @natural farmer on his Ti OVC, I'm on the fence on grabbing the 'M', which daaamn it looks really slick, sick and stealth.. Most than probably I will be grabbing one by 4/20 so that I can properly celebrate the day!!I'm so looking forward to that!!
Hopefully this will be my very first step in the VC community, with the next ones following shortly.
There is so much love & care spread around all the VC parts and accessories that you don't really know what to go for. I'm already imagining a decent Ti with a nice wooden VonG for my bubbler..and another stem as well would just fit nice.. amazing stuff.... Another thread worth to the last post following it..

U cannot imagine my position at the moment @little maggie ... which is really an annoying one.. having all the necessary $$ in my wallet and not enough in the bank...
most than probably i'll just go and deposit the rest of the amount needed by Monday and just order this little teaser-style vape.....Reading all this solid comments feels like a rock-solid buy this one...

Someone with more knowledge might need to correct me, but I believe the M is not fully modular/compatible with the rest of the line.
I think one of the reps came and clarified further back. Some parts are interchangeable, but not all.

I noticed this posting in a reddit thread from u/DynaVap_VapLab who is apparently an employee:
"Two things to note. 1) The condenser on the M is slightly wider so it won't fit in a TiTip to push the screen out and a wood mouthpiece would fit tight. 2) The SSTip on the M won't function properly with an Omni Condenser Assembly. Other than that, you can still add extra parts such as a wood stem on the SSTip or a TiTip on the SS stem."
So I interpret that to mean essentially any stem can be used with the M, but mouthpieces may require a bit of inner channel sanding to work with the wider M condenser if you want to go the body/MP route. I've had to do this before with a new MP and old condenser, it wasn't difficult.

May I ask what u used to sand down the interior diameter of the mp? I have to do that with mine but I'm not exactly certain how to go about it. If u have a link to the tool I'd really appreciate it.

I found a dowel slightly smaller than the ID of the barrel, wrapped sandpaper around it (120 grit then 220), then sanded the MP back and forth while rotating. Check frequently for fit, and use light pressure. Easy!

Huh I just hit my vapcap and I think I combusted. At one point while heating up I put the flame real close by accident backed it off then it clicked I probably should have waited a few seconds but I didnt. When I hit it it was cool and all the sudden I could feel an intense flavor in my mouth almost like carbon or benzene nothing close to smoking but in pretty sure I combusted little specks idk. When I took out the material it golden brown and some smaller pieces didn't look black but close. I would like to say what i tasted was benzene but maybe that's just hot vapor. Any clues guys?

I've nearly com busted a few times now, and just quickly removed the cap and blew the load out before it could cherry up. If you don't see burned material, you probably just got a really hot hit. It ruins the flavor pretty fast if you overheat it. I found that by heating around the middle of the cap I get thick heavy vapor, if I heat closer to the top of the cap, light more flavorful vapor. @Alegre I would say this one can be either a heavy hitter or a light hitter, depending on how low on the cap you heat it. I don't have any attachment to this review, but I found it informative and entertaining. Gives a quick overview on the glass version.
I remember not holding the carb at first then I put my finger over it and just got this flash of intense thick vapor. It most likely was a hot hit but I still even saw some dark green. Didn't taste very good but still device doesn't smell nasty or anything. Also good idea next time I'll just put it on the dynastash pull of the cap and blow out the herb if I think im gonna combust.

Heavy hitter but the capacity is small. It produces vapour very similar to a small bong bowl. Slow, then a rush of vapour, seeming to get thicker after the first few seconds, then it tapers off and you'll hear a click. It's a very nice experience from click to click.
The effects are in the 375-390 *F range when I compare it to my Herbalizer. My herbie will always get me more couch locked at 430 F than my Vapcap with the same strain. But the vapcap is so much tastier and just as fast to get a session in.

Do you think the Vapcap is powerful enough to get you high in a few hits.
I for a long time searched for an on demand device thinking that was what Id wanted because I don't really want to wait for heat up or have to sit for a full session all the time. So I picked up ESV which is about the most on demand device you can get. The thing is that the effects from a few hits don't really do it for me. so it heats up on demand but I still have to session it, as in sit there and suck on it for a while.
I'm wondering if the Vapcap could world sort of like a bong in terms of effects. that it to say strong. See a bong you take a hit or a few and you high, thats because with a bong you take big hits. I want a quick and powerful vape. one I can load, take a few hits and carry on with my life in a short amount of time. And importantly, to be considerably high from those few hits.
Do you think the vapcap could tickle this fancy I have? thanks.
