And just to stay on topic, HA; I cannot wait for today's mail. My @DDave Water Wand kit is out for delivery. With that kit and my new Solo OG this vaporist is one happy camper.

I even had extra money, went shopping on-line Saturday night and I couldn't justify another purchase; not even any accessories. I know VAS will come back, soon, and with a vengeance. But. Not. Right. Now.

the dynavap rips very well for water but I find I dont get many good quality hits off it, I might be using it incorrectly but I only get about 2 good flavorful hits until I replace the herb, at that point its already too brown for my liking(usually go 3 seconds past the first click so I can get some decent clouds). My friends mighty is crazy you can get like 10 hits and the herb is still somewhat green. Ofc you get what you pay for.

@Maczilla - the price of the unit has nothing to do with it. The Mighty holds 3-4times the amount a vapcap does and takes longer to fully extract all of the goodness. More bud = more hits and bigger clouds. Empty a vapcap bowl into the Mighty and see how many hits you get.

@DDave Water Wand Dynavap Kit landed on my doorstep today. And DDave being who he is, modded the tip for me before it went in the mail. So it's perfect, and I'm setting it aside to give as a gift to my 3rd daughter later this month.

I've already said how much I love my Water Wands, and now I have two short and two long. This is perfect. Given how much I love these things I typically make stem milk every 7-14 days, as I did yesterday, so I'll just start rotating them. Keep two clean standing by, and two in heavy use. I use these Water Wands more than I do my other vapcaps. By a lot.

It's allergy season, and it's bad this year, so given how hard the VC hits I've only been using it through water, and the Water Wands are magical with every glass piece I've tried them with; three WPs and 3 J hooks.

It's got me wondering what I'm going to do with my wood vongs. And my CF XLS with Ti MP. Those aren't getting much love. My M XL, Omni XL, and 18 for out and about will always have a home.

The water wands are great at collecting 'honey' and easier to get reclaim from. And such a breeze to clean and reassemble. And if you're looking to pack a punch the vapor quality you get is amazing from a carbless glass stem through water, IME. I've tried them natively and they work great that way too, but as I said...allergies.

I just tried a real loosely packed chamber in a SS tip with the short wand through the DDave bubbler and I can taste the Chiesel really well. It's a darker roast taste than the same Chiesel I had through my Solo earlier, but still yummy. The mouthpiece on the bubbler works really well to help capture all those yummy flavors, and it's easy to get a good pull on it.

(If you've got a Sneaky Pete Globe and have found the MP to be a bit small, this is NOT that. DDave nailed the MP design.)

It sits in the hand nicely too for one hand use after you drop the wand in the 14mm female joint. It's a great looking glass piece, and I'll use it a bunch.

DDave hit a home run. Actually the kit has four pieces so DDave hit a Grand Slam. Thanks friend.

Agreed actually makes me a little sad how little use my other vapcaps are getting since receiving my water wand. I even get them all out each time, but when smooth water cooled vapor is on the table...

I think what we're all discovering is that the magic of the vapcap is the cap and tip. You can wrap it in glass, wood, metal, acrylic, with or without a condenser. The stem is really up to the person. And, at least in the US, I believe the cap and tip are patented and safe from copying. So we're not hurting vapcap at all.

We'll see what the Chinese do however. They are pretty flagrant in their abuse of intellectual property. And it would be a really easy way to flip off the US over tariffs-just start copying all of our best designed products and sell them for 20¢ on the $. But I digress.

So I don't really feel too guilty since the heart of the Water Wand is the vapcap itself, and I have too many of those to count unless I take my shoes off.

And like I said, over the past couple of months I used a vapcap 99% of the time through water and the wands are, for me, better than using the vongs (wood in a humid summer with a bong full of water is rife with potential bad endings), and way easier to maintain too.

I like the wands very much and like them with both the Ti and SS tip, but they ARE glass and therefore fragile. Sadly both have broken at the joint with the tip. Actually one is broken and the other is cracked.
They ARE the long ones so if I can find someone who can cut an inch or two off I will anneal the end and try the tips again. This is the nature of glass and not completely unexpected, and no fault of DDave. Just be more careful than I was when replacing the tips after cleaning the wand.

What tip do you have? SS or Ti? I've never really enjoyed having a carb on anything I use in water. If the draw restriction is tight you might get better performance by trying to improve airflow by filing grooves in your tip. From what you're saying it sounds like you're using a SS tip.

Thanks for this report, @beyond6strings. My only complaint with the sneaky Pete’s globe has been the mouthpiece (whip works great). I am looking forward to the DDave bubbler, and to the shorter glass stem to use with a J hook.

Completely agree. On my Nonavong that I have dedicated to water use I have placed the oring between the air hole and the tip to permanently block air flow from anywhere but the tip.

I finally received my Omni XL in the mail (man is this thing awesome) so I was able to create bodies, Stash’s and VonG bodies! This one is for my own personal collection, but here is an example of a yellow Cedar Burl matching body and stash! (Axially magnet) what do you guys think!?

I am now taking orders on XL accessories. Carb or no carb on the VAP/VonG body, it’s up to you!

I put them on the bottom of the tube, depending on preference! I have this one on the cap, so it’s pulls out the VAP when I take off the cap! 2 birds 1 stone..haha send me a message and we can go over the details!
