is there anyone who has NOT gotten a shipping notification?
Confirmation received! Ordered on the 10th added to it on the 16th. Scheduled delivery is 24th! Im happy.... At least I will be soon!

Id bet they wouldn't mind you calling at this point. I called with a quick question about changing my order and they were very friendly and helpful. Or an email.
Or contact them through their website's contact page. They respond quickly.

You and me both brother! I've been checking the mail every few days just in case! Glad to know I'm in good company though, out of curiosity was your order a smaller one or on the larger side? Mine is on the bigger side so I figured it may play part in the delay.
Either way I imagine we'll both be pretty happy when we come out on the other side!

it was a smaller order, I got a Ti woody XLS, and a Ti stem...and some matienence items.

I had the Dynavap, GH and 3 other websites left open on my phone work about an hourly refresh, you're not alone!
I ended up just shy of $500 on my order, I'm guessing the larger ones went a little slower, it arrived Friday.

I have a question for those who already got their shiny green envelope,
do Dynavap send them with the bill note ?
I wonder about customs duties…
I ordered on July 5th and received a white envelope on July 25th.
I love my DynaVap products but waiting 20 days is excessive when I am also paying for shipping.
Going forward they may be better served by bringing on temporary help during their sales events.
I ordered on July 5th, it was sent on the 13th of July. Since July 14th it is located in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), US. Since then there has been no update of the status. The order must go to Germany. I hope it arrives.
Did it depart the Chicago IL location? Mine is at the same status a few days now but i guess next update will be when they scan it in Europe.

EDIT: The package should actually have been in Europe on 15 July and 16 July at the latest. But even after 12 days nothing was scanned.
Should be on the way to Europe. Kind of slow though. Mine is in the same status since 20th of July.
@vapismos I also suspect that simply the tracking stopped on the way.

On a happier note, I got my new JH II adjusted and working properly, that poor Blackwood Omnivong is going to get punished tonight!
I ordered on July 3rd. I got confirmation on July 20 and according to tracking my green envelope arrived in London yesterday! I hope it will be delivered today because my VAS is becoming unbearable. I need my Blackwood omnivap now dammit!
Man I'm afraid that I received my order as a surprise, I didn't get any shipment email but I was able to track from dynavaps website Monday and picked up on Tuesday. I was really hoping I'd see you in the same boat, sorry to see that's not the case.

Just a heads up regarding orders for UK customers - when you receive your tracking and it says 'delivered' it means that your parcel is ready to collect from your local sorting office. I thought it meant delivered to my house but that is not the case according to Royal Mail.
My omnivap arrived at my depot yesterday but I can't collect until tomorrow
Let's put a positive spin on that and say that it's there and ready for you! But I have to imagine that's tough knowing it's so close. Tomorrow my friend....
Its only 1.2 miles away but they close at 1.00pm on a Friday and I have staff on holiday so I couldn't jump in the van to pickup today. Only one more sleep I guess!!!
I would reach out. I ordered an M on the 5th and recieved tracking info on the 12th. It never updated from pre-shipment tho so finally on Tueaday I reached out and asked if something mixed up. I was really trying to be patient and let it worm itslef out but I was starting to worry they wouldn't. Dynavap responded within 24 hours with a new tracking number and said they would try again. Oddly enough the new tracking number has been stuck in pre-shipment since the 26th and the old tracking number shows delivery for tomorrow.
No surprise to hear of a couple mishaps in the orders with as many orders as they must have taken.
