Just heard back from ALT - they told me to send it back, they will pay reimburse shipping and verify the replacement is nice and clean. Great customer service so far!

Yea i've heard he has a bunch of ideas for new designs like double pumps and stuff but that's a great idea SD!

Maybe we can get in contact on facebook or something...I actually know someone who is an old childhood friend of Bates maybe I next time I talk to him I can try to pass the word along.

A cool new Pump design just got posted on ALT.
It's a tube instead of a bubbler & cheaper than the worked bub.

The first pic definitely looks very delicate but there is a pretty solid bridge support you can see in the other pictures.

Looking closer at the base though, it really is quite thin and small for such a pricey piece.
