I'm having EFS build me a custom gridded donut perc, tall 70mm can, 32mm bent neck mouthpiece, reversal on bottom of can. Similar to GMD perc.

i really do love heady scientific glass man..hopefully one day il have something by Devol. His work is so nice.

I'm definitely interested in some Devol work once his custom list resurfaces (at least a year by the sounds of it, probably more). Also really looking forward to him putting out some prodo. stuff in the coming year. I've talked to him in passing before about some beer mugs and if I could ever get on the custom list that would be my priority. He did an absolutely amazing tea-pot set for a friend as a wedding gift and that would be a great acquisition as well.

thanks sublimation it was easy. i used 1/4" ID tubing though some swear by .177 in, but that was too small for me to use on both the MFLB stem, and the GonG eclipse 18mm adapter (or any of the eclipse adapters for bongs)

Man oh man am I getting sick of ALTs customer service. They have untimely responses and are very short with me. I still haven't sent the piece back because they just now told me(today at 538pm) I have to ship it to them as they do not provide shipping labels. I asked if they will reimburse me for shipping, hopefully they will. I feel like they will not though and will probably dock me for a restock fee for a piece that WAS NOT PICTURED.
Im very unhappy with this service as I've had issues with ALT in the past. I really hope they will reclaim themselves, but if they don't reimburse me for shipping AND dock me for a restock...fuck em then, as I ordered a piece that was pictured to have no random paint spots on the glass, and it had different colors, and what I got has incredible imperfection(paint spot, errors in the work and bubbles in the glass), completely different colors, and they have been nothing but unhelpful!
Anyone have any tips on what to do in this situation? Honestly I just want my money refunded and never deal with them again. Beware what you order from them as you won't get what's pictured, and you have to go through hell and back to get any help.
Edit: finally got a response back within 15 minutes rather than a day or two! The said they cannot reimburse me for shipping, but made no mention of a restock fee. Shitty, but at least I won't get docked 30 bux for restock. I asked if when they receive mine, they could take normal pics of the other two I'd like to exchange it for so I can see what I'm receiving. I'll keep you guys up to date on what happens.

As much as it sucks to say, this speaks almost as much to Jake Wilson as it does to ALT if they received it that way IMO. That said, it is clearly ALT's responsibility (again IMO) to filter what they send out, especially considering an individual employee must've sent it out. Considering the fact that many of ALT's listings are prodo. pieces I understand that they don't show a picture of each individual (and certainly unique in some way) piece of glass, that doesn't rationalize an oversight like this. Took a little time off to clean glass this morning and take a couple pics.
Got the Vertigo bubbler a couple days ago in the mail, I requested a 12-slit circ. in order to satisfy my vaping prefs (his oil/concentrate rigs featured a four slit design for a while, I figured in between those and his more diffused flower circs. I might find a nice range for vaping). High-airflow, no splash-back and mouthpiece are my favorite parts. This style mouthpiece is the favorite I've tried I think.
